Adding Passive Entry: How-to

All I want is driver door to work... '21 White 3500, would like to keep black door handle as to not need to replace others to match. has anyone done this with BRILLIANT BLACK PEARL or DIAMOND BLACK CRYSTAL PEARL and does it not stand out?
Pictures with side of truck showing both handles would be appreciated.

I know it’s possible this has been answered but is the install and parts needed the same for my 22 ram 1500 as it was for my 21 ram 1500?

I have a 2020 1500. I am a bit confused about the rear passive entry antenna wiring. I have not seen pictures or a diagram. The antenna comes with nothing on it. Does the TE Connectivity plug just plug into the antenna? How do you install the wires into the connector that goes into the antenna? And how do you install the wires from the antenna connector into the harness plug? Thanks for any help!

Did you look at post #6? All the info is in there including pictures.

Configuring the BCM for passive entry with AlfaOBD.

Grab your SGW bypass and locate the Security Gateway.

Next, plug your OBD interface into the OBD port, which is located on the bottom edge of panel under the steering column. You should have no issues locating it, as it’s the only exposed connector in that area and will match up with your interface. If you haven’t done so already, set up your OBD interface with your tablet or computer via a Bluetooth or wireless connection.
Which SGW bypass and OBD interface do you recommend? I have seen the SGW bypass for as much as $80.00 and the OBD interface as low as $15.00. Thank you for any help!

I used the mx+ obd interface but maybe someone can chime in with something cheaper

Page 63 has a link from another member to a cheaper bypass on amazon
