Well I had my 2025 1500 Tungsten for about a month. My first issue was that odometer would always reset back to 643 miles after shutting down the engine. I should be nearing 1,200 plus miles. Then my instrument cluster started turning off every two minutes for about ten seconds. It also displays a service engine light constantly. Turned it into dealership. They’re saying the parts ETA is ten days. Has anyone else had this issue and how long was vehicle at dealership? Did the new instrument cluster fix your problems?

Wow! I read all the replies. Sounds like this is going to be a long drawn out process.

My brother-in-law just had that happen to him 2 months ago and had to get the dash cluster replaced. They waited on parts for a month and finally got it back 35 days after he originally dropped it off. Ram sent him a check for like $3k.

Same issue on my brand new Tungsten but happen at 430 miles. Took to dealership and has been there since July 8. They keep pushing the part ETA its due in now on the 22nd of Aug. The Dodge supply chain is the worst or they just keep lying to you. Not sure what else to do other than wait ...so frustated

Did he have a loaner for the whole time he was waiting on repairs? Did he put in some type of claim or Ram just compensated him for the time he was without his vehicle?
