Who else is waiting for a dash cluster? Had my 2025 Laramie for 11 days before taken in for numerous electrical issues, that the dealership claims is due to dash cluster. Truck has been sitting at dealership since 5/27 waiting for the dash cluster that was supposed to have arrived on 6/23 however either @RamCares lied or part got lost in shipping. There is no answer from the @RamCares Case Managers. I have spent more time in my rental GMC Sierra then I have my 2025 Laramie. There is no end in sight and RAM definitely doesn't CARE!!!

Hi @sjeagles609

This is regretful to hear and not the experience we'd want for you to have. Our team would like to take a further look into this matter for you. Please send us a private message with details of your concern. Thank you.

My truck is in for the third time to get the cluster fixed. The first time was just over a year with 9,100 miles. Just past the point of the lemon law. I don't know what to do anymore. I love the truck, but I can't afford to have it in the shop all the time. Has anyone been able to get the cluster issue permanently resolved?

I was told by RAM & local dealership the dash cluster would arrive on June 23rd, that never happened and I am getting conflicting information as to if that shipment ever occured. I cannot get an answer as to if and when the dash cluster will ever arrive.

You're well within the manufacturer buyback window now. You can consider that an option to take up with the service manager.

I have, and also qualifies for NJ Lemon Law, however I custom ordered the truck and not sure if they would be able to find one even close to what I wanted

Well, it's been 3 weeks on it's 3rd time in for the cluster. They still have it with no return date. Apparently they are using my truck as a guinea pig for this problem. They were good enough to provide a loaner, but I really want MY truck back. This really is a nightmare. This same cluster has been used for years, I can't believe they haven't figured out the issues with them yet.

My buddy had the same problem with his F150 it was crappy soldering on the board , Maybe when they get another cluster they can really look that over under a bright light and inspect.

Got it back after 49 days waiting for a dash cluster, had it for 4 days before it went back for headlights/DRL's flash off and back on when coming to a stop (dealer thought cluster was also cause) and a CEL. Truck was back at the dealership for 4 more days, CEL was software update on PCM, and they have no idea what is causing the headlight/DRL's turning off and back on when coming to a stop so STAR case opened and told to bring it back when they have a resolution.

The saga continues. They had my truck for 4 weeks and said "we don't have a fix for it". Told me to come get it. So, they returned my truck with a completely blanked out cluster. They said I have to wait until there is a fix and Stellantis issues a recall. Who knows when that could be. Then, the very next day I was driving down the road and the engine just stopped. Luckily I could coast to a parking lot. Less than 10,000 miles and it had to be towed to a dealer. Still no word on it's condition. This think is a POS and they aren't in any hurry to fix it. So I have a $75k truck that doesn't run. Wow, the way this is being handled is unbelievable. I will never own a Stellantis product again. I know all vehicles can have issues, but it's the way they are taking care of their customers that scares me.

Start lemon law process. order Nother truck if you want to stay with RAM.

Well aware of my options, thanks for stopping by!
You had mentioned earlier you didn't really want to do lemon law because you special ordered your truck. You can special order a new one, and continue to drive the one you have, or loaner, until it comes in, then turn it in for lemon law. Just trying to point out option you might not have considered. No reason to get so upset.

I started the lemon law process. It's not easy and is dependant on how the dealer writes up the invoice. In any case, I currently don't qualify because the dealer is simply not fixing the issue so I can't just take it back in. I need to have 3 attempts to fix, but they aren't fixing it. They are returning it and telling me to wait for a recall.

What state are you in? Have you contacted a lemon law attorney?
