2025 Ram 1500 Current Owners - Discussion, Feedback, and Problems

So saturday my battery went dead also its my own fault left keys out for over 24 to close to truck and no you don't put charger or jumpers on little battery

2025 Limited SST HO. 1100 miles. Traded in 2019 RAM Limited. Issues to date on new 2025: 1. Passenger window will not go down all the way. 2. Backup camera blue screen of death. 3. Key fob not recognized when in truck and pressing start button. 4. Key fob will not unlock truck. 5. Button on door handle will not unlock truck. 6. Driver side seat position memory quit working. 7. Sirius radio would not come on. 8. Blind spot indicators in BOTH mirrors came on while starting truck. Issues 1-7 were intermittent and currently working okay after Central hub RF module replaced. Issue 8 - one time occurrence (so far) MOPAR says known issue, solution not yet known - working on it. Had I read though this thread before my purchase, would not have bought the truck. That's on me.

For the window, tip in this forum: lower as far as it goes. Bump down 5-7 times. When fully down, Press and hold down for 10 sec, then hold raise and when fully up, continue to hold for 10 sec.
I had to do it twice so it would stick

Having one bum module isn’t bad, especially if replacing it fixed most of the problems.
You’ve gotta remember, we’re like 25/30 people, not really representative of the thousands of sold trucks. It’sa good truck, IMO and if they’re aware of the last issue, they’ll fix it.
But @Ramboy13 maybe it’s the same moisture in your truck?

Try this unhook batteries for an hour both .Then hook them back up let truck sit for 10 mins . Go in truck put it acc wait2 3 mins let all the computers talk to each other .After starting make a profile do all settings even if they look the same tap on them all had a lot of same issues .Never had window problems tho.o keep fob far away when off so truck will go to sleep lol.

Does anyone else find it annoying that trucks with adaptive cruise control have a standard cruise control button ALSO right next to the adaptive button AND in the middle of the resume/cancel buttons??? I can’t wait for ALFAOBD and, hopefully, it will have a way to disable it.

Does this work for you long term? I ask because the ram I bought (which is currently at a dealer for multiple issues) has/had a lot of electrical flaws, sometimes things would work, sometimes they wouldn't (certain warning lights, uconnect, start/stop, random messages on the dash, android auto and bluetooth randomly disconnecting, cams sometimes work sometimes they don't, auto dimming headlights and warning sensors also intermittently work/ etc.) Some of the issues were resolved with the battery(s) disconnect that you mentioned, but unfortunately most of the issues that were corrected with the disconnect would come back a short time later, until another disconnect was done. The dealer is finding some of the same random intermittent issues and is struggling a bit to diagnose it all but when I told them about the battery disconnect trick they told me that disconnecting and reconnecting the batteries is typically not a permanent fix but rather a temporary bandaid type approach until the real problems are found and corrected. Whether this dealer is 100% correct about that I do not know, but it seemed to be in my case. Hopefully your issues are permanently resolved with a battery disconnect.

guess it depends on the model -- mine has adaptive cruise to the left and hands free assisted driving in the middle of the resume/cancel button

It has fixed things but i hit my profile manually after i start the truck cause i find it will not always go to your profile setting automatically .

Has anyone else experienced a rattle noise coming from somewhere, either at the driver's door panel area or the A post grab handle area on their truck? I've already taken the door panel off and the A post handle trim piece off, and don't see anything that would be rattling. It's driving me insane! I'm also still getting wind noise while driving, as if the driver door isn't fully shut, but it is. Someone mentioned bending the B post of the driver door in some more, which I did, but it didn't seem to make a difference.
