From what I understand, don't clean the leather on the DASH with leather conditioner. Limited dashes have history of bubbling away, my 2020 included. There are reports that leather conditioner attacks the adhesive, releasing leather from the substrate. (I'm sure extreme sun exposure hurts dash as much or more - I use windshield shade or car cover all the time in FL.) Just use damp cloth or very mild cleaner on a cloth.
Aside from that, I use leather conditioner on the seats, and have no problems. Bick #4 and other leather conditioners.
I found out too late for dash, and my dash bubbles. I used conditioner on dash sparingly, so dash isn't too bad.
I use a horse hair long bristle brush on my Longhorn's leather seats along with Lexol leather cleaner. My interior color is saddle, and it does show dirt. The Lexol, along with the horse hair brush, does a great job at cleaning and getting the dirt out. I follow up with Lexol leather conditioner. For the dash, so far, nothing more than a damp microfiber cloth.K.I.S.S - keep it simple, stupid. Soapy wudder, a soft bristle brush and clean towels go a long way.

I've been using Zaino cleaner and conditioner on all my cars and trucks with leather for 20+ years with no issues. I also use it on my leather dash with no issue.
Ram RebelWhat model RAM do you have?
The Limited has history of leather dash bubbling. Others I believe, like Laramie, do not have same issue, so conditioner may not have same effect on other models.

Leather Parts
Mopar Total Clean is specifically recommended for leather upholstery.
Your leather upholstery can be best preserved by regular cleaning with a damp soft cloth. Small particles of dirt can act as an abrasive and damage the leather upholstery and should be removed promptly with a damp cloth. Stubborn soils can be removed easily with a soft cloth and Mopar Total Clean. Care should be taken to avoid soaking your leather upholstery with any liquid. Please do not use polishes, oils, cleaning fluids, solvents, detergents, or ammonia-based cleaners to clean your leather upholstery. Application of a leather conditioner is not required to maintain the original condition.
