Guys,
I'm sure this has been covered but I didn't find anything definitive. Today I wanted to try out my navigation for the first time in 4 years (2020 Ram larger screen). I keyed in an address and the nav returned an error (can't remember the exact error) but it basically said it couldn't find the address try offline. Of course off line didn't work either. Is this to be expected since I didn't maintain my SiriusXM subscription?

Without updates or subscription, it won't work. At least that's my understanding.

Wow, I'm glad I have Car Play or this would be a sham. Pay for the larger screen and the nav doesn't work without a subscription. Just doesn't seem right but then again that was the first time I've tried it in 4 years so it obviously wasn't too important.

Same here, I'm off subscription and mine still works. But, I am also pretty sure that the online search has always failed but offline works just fine.

Navigation continues to work without a subscription.

I've tried 8 -10 addresses all of which have been around since the 80's, 90's and none of them work so I must have a dud. It's can't even find the White house :) 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC

Hold the power button in for about 10 seconds to reset Uconnect and it will probably work.

You can’t use the search bar, you have to use the “where to” icon.

I have the same issue. In June, I drove cross country from Las Vegas, to NE Ohio, down to where I currently am in Northern VA, and I could only get it to work by using the voice feature. I am sure it is something I am doing, but on the third day of the drive from Vegas, I started using Waze with CarPlay. I was using the search bar, so I am going to try the Where To? button next time as mentioned above to see if that works, but for my drive home next month, I'll probably continue using Waze. It was pretty frustrating trying to get it to work for sure. I have also noticed the speed limits are way off on base here at Quantico. It says the speed limits are 55 everywhere on base, which is way off. Waze and Google Maps are accurate on base though.

On another note, I am averaging over 29 MPG on my 4000 mile trip so far. I really do love this EcoDiesel.

My voice navigation doesn't work. I can say "Navigate to 123 Main Street Orlando FL" and it'll ask if I said 12383 El Dorado. Um no, not even close. Try it again and it comes back in Dubai or something crazy. If I type an address, it finds it.

I always use the where to, and fill out all the appropriate boxes. The search only works for me if I ask for a wall Mart

Same here.
