Yes, mine was delivered on the 9th. I initially emailed them and they let me know that due to their volume right now it would take about a week or so before they’re able to get the PDI done. After that they will reach back out. Aaron called me on Thursday of last week to let me know the process, he had me fill out the credit application and then from there he sent my paperwork over to finance but did tell me it would be probably today or tomorrow before they will reach out to me to complete the financing. Hoping to hear from them early today so I can complete the financing and then hopefully flying out there tonight or tomorrow and driving it back. Not getting my hopes up though.
Yeah I guess nothing I can do but wait. I don’t want to email him and pester him. I really would rather not pay $2 grand for shipping either. I’m off duty next Monday and can probably get someone to pickup my Tuesday night but it gets super dicey from there. If I have to skip two shifts I might as well pony up for transport.

You and I are in the same boat. Delivered the 9th, and waiting patiently.....really hoping to hear something today or tomorrow so I can firm up plans to get down there to pick her up and drive her home.

I am not getting my hopes up. This is my last week off from work so really hoping to hear from them early today so maybe I can fly out there tonight and first thing in the morning pick it up and drive home. I have a doctors appointment Thursday morning and then possibly have to go to work on sat so really hoping to get out this quickly and be back before any of that. If that doesn't happen then will have to wait till the following weekend.

At least y'all are getting some movement. My tracker updated today that the truck shipped last week. We'll see what happens from here. I want to get my truck soon but also want see what the labor day offers are. Although I'm not convinced they'll be great if the fed raises rates by .75 or 1.00. I'm thinking they could even kick the 0%/48 and replace it with a cash offer.

Mine was the 10th and yes just got it this afternoon in NJ using central transportation

Curious how your truck was already delivered to you but received by MD after some of us and we are still waiting to hear from finance before we are allowed to even attempt to get our trucks. Several of us trucks were delivered on the 9th and we are still waiting to hear from finance.

I am sorry it was that Friday the 8th and they sent pictures to me on the 9th I had to check. I did finance app on Wednesday and finalized papers Friday, then the central transport we posted at 4 and by 4:45 it was scooped up and guy said it would be here today….and it got here around 2:30

Finally, after 3 months of waiting my truck is ready to come home. Now to hurry up and fly out there and drive it back.
Congratulations brother. Safe travels. Enjoy the beast!

I’m still waiting on that phone call. At least I’m not checking the Ram tracking website every hour. My truck was delivered on the 13th so it’s exactly 7 days today. Hopefully no transport damage.

Every time I spoke to Aaron, he told me how busy they were and that he is doing his best to get everyone taken care of. He stood behind that. Just be patient, if anything, send Aaron an email. The finance process was flawless when it took place, better then the first interaction I had last year when I bought my 21 locally. Would definitely buy here again if it came down to it.

Likely going to be pulling the trigger on ordering a 22 Laramie tomorrow from them. Love my 19 Rebel but wish I had vented seats. Talked with Rene on the phone for about 45 minutes today very helpful and knowledgeable. Curious to see if I end up with a 22 or get a 23.

I’m gonna give it till the end of the week then I’ll shoot him an email. Did you buy any of the FI manager products? Do they offer a clear bra?

I didn’t purchase any add on products. Nor did they really try and push any add-on products on me. Which I really like because I’m really not interested in any of that stuff. The finance process that they offer couldn’t have been more cut and dry and any simpler to say the least. That really made the car buying experience more enjoyable. No added fees or any charges that were unexpected.

Perfect. That’s reassuring. I’m just antsy about my schedule and may have to bite the bullet and ship. We will see when they reach out.

I would send an email explaining your situation and your turnaround time that makes the most sense for you. They may be able to help you out. Sending one email is not pestering, calling every day for updates is pestering. If they know you can't pick u

I have to agree, I just recieved my truck on Monday, and the finance was the best I have ever done, no upsell of anything. This is what we agreed on an here it is. Honestly I kept waiting for the deal to try and change or screw me somehow and it never did. The delivery was awesome, 1400 to NJ. its like a bid system you say what you are willing to pay and a driver accepts that, i was told average was 1300-1500 and job was picked up in 30 min. they picked up on Saturday and delivered Monday.

Was this the new transport company? $1300-1500 is about $1 per mile for 1,400 miles. I was expecting $1.4-1.5
