Mine didn't start doing it until it got cold out, like under 40 degrees. I've only had the truck a few months (bought used), so not sure if it's done it since day one.
The kit comes with new, longer caliper bolts, so you don't need to buy those separately.

Does anyone know if the moan noise comes back after replacing brakes and rotors, but not installing this kit

I would imagine if you went with a pad/rotor material with less iron, it may be less likely to occur. There's also a newer caliper bracket design you can replace if you have a 2019.
It's the one listed on one of the brake moan TSBs.

Starting to work on emblems on the truck. Not wanting to go full black as I personally think that look is a bit overdone at this point. Had to get rid of the chrome though. Settled on a gunmetal look. Lots of prep sanding, primer, 2 coats of paint, two coats of clear. Curious how it holds up....

This looks awesome! I have an all black truck and agree it's pretty overdone, but I love it. The gunmetal color looks awesome with the color of your truck!

Washed truck about week ago. Took to dealership on 10 Feb for Oil change and tire rotation. My rotations are free. I also always have full synthetic put in and I hand them a Good Synthetic Oil Filter. ALSO had major issue truck running too hot: running 217-227. I did use my scanner and found no codes. Dealer said: Electric Fan not working properly (no chit sherlock), and ordered new fan for truck. Truck is early build Apr 2018 (VVT setup), and has 19K on Odometer. So awaiting new fan for truck. Since I have Maxcare warranty, just be $100.00 payment regardless, works for me. Gonna be first time use of Warranty after 3/36000 expired.
