Upstate New York here, with all the tourist stuff I have planned in Tennessee, gonna be about 2500 miles on the clock before it sees my driveway
Wow, MD sells trucks from all over the country! You have quite a journey ahead. Enjoy Tennessee, absolutely beautiful!

Yea we plan to move to the Knoxville area in the next year and a half, high tail it out of this state while we still can. LOL
We were going to do the same thing and went out there to look for houses in July. I don't know what size of house/property you are looking for, but we couldn't find a damn thing that we liked. Everything was either a complete fixer-upper (which, during these times with materials shortages and such, we didn't want to buy because who knows how long it might take to fix it up) or was easily overpriced by 25-30%. We were looking mostly on the west side of town (Farragut, Lenoir City), but we also looked in the Maryville and Oak Ridge areas.

If you need a real estate agent referral, let me know. We worked with a few and found one that was really good that I'd be happy to pass along.

Las Vegas here, ~1500 miles here for my road trip from MD once it comes around. Bought my last Ram in Austin though in 2019, did that drive in 2 days but looking to spread this Lake Charles - Vegas trip over a few more so I'm not rushing.

That would be great, we were hoping to find 2-5 acres to build a house on, my wife loves the idea of a modular because the fact its assembled in an assembly line gives a lot more accurate build times, and were looking at 2700-3000 Sq. Ft and its impossible to find a home for sale with those traits that isn't insultingly over priced. a neighbor on my street had a modular built last spring, installed the basement foundation/utility lines, and a month later the house showed up on 5 semis, and it was assembled that day and lived in within a week. that's the HOPE, but getting out of NY is a necessity.

For those of you - myself included - that are purchasing from Mark Dodge and putting some miles on your truck to get home, I'd suggest getting some temporary paint protection film to keep from getting rock chips and such on your new truck during your trip home.

I'm planning to add some Track Armor - https://www.trackarmour.com/products/6x100-trackarmour-film - to the front of my Laramie before I head out of Lake Charles. Bumper, Grill, Front of Hood. Easy to lay down and easy to remove within a couple of days.

Wife and I will be moving about 80miles SW of Nashville next year from Central TX. Bought raw land three years ago. House construction starts in Feb in small 1000 people town.

Not trying to stray too far off topic here but just wanted to chime in on this and say that my wife and I are casually looking around for a new place; no rush or urgency, just seeing what's out there. And the last three houses we looked at were last sold for between $150 and $250 thousand less than what's being asked for them currently, and all three sales were less than 10 years ago. One went for $360K 6 years ago, they're asking $600k for it right now. Absolutely insane. Car price increases look like peanuts by comparison.

Modulars in central TN are 20-28 weeks from order to delivery and setup right now. Unless you buy one already built . An 1800 sq ft Sunshine home is in the $150,000. Same house done as modular is $210k. An unfinished basement is another $30-40k.. Look closely at Clayton homes the 2x4’s are cut left over pieces that are glued together..

I see your point but that factor does not apply in my instance. I realize that a LOT of factors enter into the manufacturing process BUT their strategy or lack thereof is a travesty. My situation is just one example and don't even start on the delays and confusion that the Canadians are going through! Who decided that rolled over 21's to 22's didn't get first priority? Ridiclous!
Thanks for those kind words!! Waiting for a 21 now 22 since March...so frustrating...

Just an update for everyone. Doesn't look like there are any new member Build Sheets today. triple_B is rescanning the system, as some build sheets are popping up late today.

Couple of new member additions (@maxrott, @2talltexan).
