How about May to November? That is looking more realistic all the time.
Like some others have said, and I totally agree with, it’s a personal calculation everyone has to make. The market realities are what they are. The manufacturers aren’t doing this to us because it’s fun not to be able to build product. I get the wait is hard, and for many a long wait won’t be worth it (especially if this is a “need” purchase more than a “want” purchase). For me, on the “want” side of the spectrum, I’ll wait as long as it takes. Others won’t have that freedom.

I will pick mine up in Minnesota and drive home to Alaska. I was expecting ie hoping to get it the end of August to early September and have a nice fall trip up. If it gets into November I might store it and come get it in the spring. Thought about starting over, but, might not be able to get the options I want.
Driving from Minnesota to Alaska anytime from mid-November to about April would be brutal. Hopefully, you'll get lucky and your truck will be ready well in advance of November, but if not, Godspeed.

I work with and for dealers in CA and when I ordered my truck at the beginning of June the owner of the dealership told me you will need to be patient with this order. You should not expect it to be ready until most likely October, if not November. They told me today there has been no change of status for me (Rebel GT with all options) VIN is early 103.

I agree 100% with you! In fact my wife was shocked that I ordered a new truck since I have a major patience issue. I ordered in July and have been without a truck for over a month now, and am impatiently waiting on this clusterfuck to un-clusterfuck so we can all get our trucks! Truth of the matter, with the high trade in values and limited supply of trucks that interested me on the lots, had I known what I know now I would have still made the deal.

My wife said the same thing. I am without my previous 2020 myself and it's driving me nuts. I'm NOT a patient person on things like this. My positive way of looking at it is I get to put more down on the truck when it comes in the longer it takes to arrive.

Update and confirmation on some things from my dealer. First, tow package has definitely removed TTPMS. They're checking again with RAM to confirm if the module and/or software is still present and will just have to buy the sensors later. Second, Limited Level 1 WILL continue to get the ASG features as before including Adaptive Cruise. They've just removed it from being an Ala carte item to simplify packages and "force" people to go LL1 to get it. Still in C status now. I'm relieved as Adapt. Cruise would have been a deal breaker 4 me. Once you've had it you never want to go without it again.

Probably a subconscious part of the reason why I'm avoiding the adaptive cruise stuff for now, I have more than enough "must haves" already.

I pretty much immediately eliminated the Big Horn when I found out you can't get keyless entry.

I can confirm that in Canada you can now build 2022 Ram 1500 models on the site.

I can also confirm that there are price increases even from when I ordered in mid August. E-Torque has gone up from $995 to $1,195 as one example.

Also, I'm wondering this about the TTPMS myself. Please let me know if you find anything out!

I get all the same build options as I do on Costco Auto and Nada. It doesn’t seem to reflect any of the package changes that have been discussed extensively on here. however since it hasn’t been formally announced in US maybe it’s not updated yet.

I’m not so sure those options are available in Canada. I’m planning to connect with my dealer today to confirm.
