Technically, the order hasn't been placed. That will happen on Friday. Once the manager knows the truck will be accepted by RAM to be built with my exact specs we'll negotiate price, run my credit score, etc.

That seems like an unusual order of events, and I'm not sure why they'd run your credit 3 months before you actually do financing, but I hope it all works out and you get the order!

Yeah that truck is going to end up being used for every test drive imaginable as well as a bidding war. If you didn't put a deposit down and the order doesn't have your name on it I would consider moving on to a volume dealer that will take care of you. Running credit this soon is a waste of time. They'll do it again in 3 months and you've got an unnecessary hard hit.

I'm wondering the same thing. No mention of it on the UAW 1700 facebook page (and they've always listed shutdowns there). I suspect we'll know something by tomorrow morning, because the TRX guys will report on how many were produced today.

Exciting day. I got a VIN finally and have been upgraded to a 2022. Should be interesting to see how long it takes for delivery now. Original order was for a 2021 Sport on March 15,2021. Got the dealer print out today and now a 2022 with UConnect 5. Wonder what the other little upgrades will be. Although it is in D status and has been there since the beginning of June.
