Best Place To Buy A Tonneau Cover?

I'm looking for recommendations on where to find a good tonneau cover for my '19 1500?

I tried the Open Box offer from AmericanTrucks.com for a BAKFlip MX4 in "Like New - Perfect Condition" that definitely was not (pics below). Currently awaiting FedEx pickup for return and refund from them.

I'm on the AutoAnything.com email list and they seem to have good discounts, but they also have about the same ratings as AmericanTrucks.com online (less than 2 stars).

Has anyone had good luck buying online, or am I better off looking local?

Thanks!

**Update 08/24/21**

I no longer recommend TFO. After 10 weeks of dealing with them I cannot in good conscious suggest anyone buy from them. The pricing is good but the post sales support is complete trash if you have an issue with your cover. You will be left to fend for yourself but they are happy to take your money.

Try Morrie or Jeff at https://www.tonneaufactoryoutlet.com/

Call for the best pricing.

I have ordered several BakFlips from them. Be warned.. its about 4-5 weeks to get a cover right now and about 6 weeks for a Bedrug. I just got my MX4 cover for my new truck that isn't here yet and I ordered it in early may and my bedrug hasn't shipped yet but I am told this week it will.

Had a great experience with autoanything. Initially bought a bakflip but didn't care for it after it came in, let a little too much water in for my liking. They accepted the return and I bought a new soft cover through them that is more waterproof. Customer service was great the whole way, and I was able to live chat before each purchase and get a discount applied.

Cannot say enough good things about my retrax. 6 feet of snow, brushed it off, did not freeze. One handed open and close. Cannot break into it like soft top. Dirt mud dust gravel, it don't care.

I say all this good, but admit I may need a full bed shell for travel.

I got mine from Jeff there. Great guy to talked to (BS'd for about 30 minutes after selling me on the MX4).

I am going to be looking for one this fall before the snow flies. Will have to check into this one looks like a nice unit.

Update 08/24: I correct my statement below. They were solid until I had an issue with my Cover. 10 weeks later I have a working cover. I would NOT recommend Tonneau Factory Outlet.

Same here. Jeff worked at Truck Hero here in Michigan and still lives here. I bought my first cover from Morrie back in 2012 when he was by himself.

I also bought my Lomax from truck alterations. Luke gave me a better than listed price and it was shipped pretty quickly. Good luck!

I have an Armor Flex by Undercover that I got from https://tonneaucovered.com/ for my 2019 Laramie 1500 4x4. The pricing from Tonneaucovered was by far the best. They sell pretty much every brand. You can get the price online but call them for the best price. I was concerned with the low pricing that the service might suffer but when I had a problem with the new cover being damaged on delivery from Undercover, the dealer stepped in and I got a new cover delivered and am completely happy. The Armorflex cover is very water tight and the finish on the outside is Line X. Hope this helps
