He printed this out today and sent me a picture of it but you can see the ship date. Ramchat had no information on when it would ship. I have no build sheet or window sticker and I have been checking about every hour since this morning. View attachment 96323

Ironically I lived in Little Rock for a short time, and worked there on and off for a few years. I was there for work on 6/14/18 and the transmission in my daily driver went out. I started looking for a new car that day. On Monday, I’ll get my new Ram. Three years to the day, clearly I move quickly

Update: The truck is currently in Indiana and should arrive at Kent Port (WA) by 6/25. Salesman states it typically takes about 3 days for it to be delivered to the dealership afterwards. It looks like I may be able to take ownership in June, just barely

Funny, I think our trucks are on the same train. The other day RAM chat told me it should be at my dealer between 6/17-7/1. Today they told me it was supposed to ship today. I just texted Aydin and he told me it is on a train in Indiana and should arrive by the end of the month.

Yup, sounds like our trucks are travel buddies. I want to buy plane tickets in anticipation of its possible arrival on the 28th, however I don't know if I should give myself some buffer in case there is any issues during transport such as damages or shipping delays.

I honestly dont know what advice to give you on timing, I am local so I dont have that issue. Happy to toast our new trucks with a beer if we take delivery around the same time.

I may just push my pick up to 4th July weekend. I did ask to get the financing completed in advance so I don't have to worry about at pick up.

I'll have my younger siblings with me so I'll have to pass on the beer, but thank you

No worries, good luck to both of us on the delivery going smooth! PS weather should be good in Seattle starting around the 5th so might be a good time for a road trip.

I finally got a build sheet today. I assumed that meant D1 status, but when I asked RAM Chat, they said the vehicle has been built and is pending inspection. Anyone got any idea how long it usually takes from this stage to shipment? RAM Chat had no idea.

I also asked what status the truck was now in, and got this reply:

Our system no longer uses status codes so I wouldn't be able to advise in that regard, I am only able to see the actual status which advises your vehicle has been built and is pending inspection.

I ordered 2 days before you so seeing you get your build sheet gave me inspiration to check and......I GOT MINE TOO!
Yesterday I had just entered the assembly line and today it's done (so <36 hours to build the truck). I haven't checked Ram Chat yet but I'm assuming it's on to inspection, body vendor, inspection again, then shipping.

Anyone else who ordered from Mark Dodge...how long did it take from assembly/build sheet, window sticker, or start of shipping stage to arrive at the dealership? Need to start planning my trip to Louisiana!

I feel your pain. Mine is sitting at my dealer while I’m on the East Coast. Sent my son over to handle the inspection & test drive. She is just a Big Horn not a Long Horn but I am literally giddy to take possession.

I can tell from the color of your truck that you have impeccable taste.

Possibly funny story: The week I got my first Ram (a Laramie), we met with my wife’s family and friends for dinner and she mentioned that I got a new truck. One of her friends asked if I got a Big Horn or Little Horn.

Maybe that’ll be a Dakota trim if it’s ever brought back.

I’m an old man and this is the 1st time I’ve ever ordered a vehicle made to order. The Mrs gave me a $50K budget & I was flying blind since there was zero inventory to even look at. Definitely went old school with the chrome & bench seat but wanted whatever safety features I could get. Wasn’t even able to see anything in delmonico much less in tan & black interior but my son says I’m gonna love the results
