Got some rock chips from the tires. Slightly outside the fender and no mud flaps. Eh, it’s a truck. That’s what I did to the Ram today lol.

Tried the new shoes today. Anybody contemplating the Falken Wildpeak AT3’s, ponder no more. No noticeable road noise with 295’s and fantastic on mud, pavement, rock, snow, and gravel. And yes I did find all 5 of those terrains today. Took the Ram to some high altitude (Sawtooths). Anyway, highly recommend!

Not today, but a few days ago I installed a Rough Country tri fold tonneau cover(thank you Bronson Watson for getting it to me before I left for vacation and the great conversation), Vailge extra large rear seat pet protector(to protect seats from our 4 month old Australian cattle dog aka blue heeler), and heavy duty kick mats for the back of the front seats. I can’t believe that I let an animal other than my kids into a $50k+ vehicle lol. Planning on ceramic coating within the next month...unless I trade it for a Rebel or 2500(discovering that the 4wd system isn’t a true 4wd system has me bummed). The wife really likes the RAM(so do I), so we may just keep it and it can be hers and I may buy myself a true 4wd lol.

Put on AVS low profile matte black window vents and aeroskin hood deflector.

I put the same items on every truck I buy, but these are the best version yet, in my opinion.

Low profile indeed.

Crazy easy install and I love the look.
details on where to purchase these? I really like them

Yes. just 1 of the 4 holes. the right rear hole.

The manifold is plastic. I just left it in there. I didn't really look to see. I was too pissed off.

All I can say is, be very careful if anyone is going to do this.
If its a threaded insert, you have maybe two options, 1 - replace the insert using a soldering iron (I have done this on an LS intake before) not sure where you would find one, 2 - Tape out the thredsert with a slightly larger diameter and replace the bolt, I have done that too. These thread inserts are very soft brass alloy and are not meant to be too tight. Another option I have seen done before is to drill out the thread insert as best you can (use a vacuum to keep debris out of the intake or tape off the hole) then coat the bolt with a very light oil then use jb weld around the bolt and insert into the hole, let it set up and back the bolt out before completely dry, or just fill the hole with JB then drill and tap. the JB weld will be at least as strong as the thread insert. It all depends on how much you want to work at it. But 3 bolts is enough to hold it there, it's not going to leak around that o-ring.

Finished installing the Tonneau cover and pedals today. Really like the look. Don't mind the dirty mats, it's a truck after all. Ending up going with the RetraxONE XR instead of the Pro.

Installed the Mopar Assist Step/Bed Step (82215289AG). It was kind of a PITA, honesty. But, it works very well.

And, I got a RAM hitch cover. (y)

Does anybody else struggle with dusty collection on the center stack? Maybe it’s worse w/the Laramie being it’s a glossy finish? What I want to do to the Ram is fix that problem. The constant wiping the screen and stack is driving me nuts. I don’t travel down dirt roads unless I’m off-road. Still seems the dust finds its way.
