Okay...I'm a little confused (a common state )

Are we supposed to see a build sheet AND THEN a window sticker?

Or, are we only ever shown the build sheet?

If we see a window sticker online, is that when the build is completed?

My take on it and the way it seemed to go for me was:
My build sheet came up when the vehicle was built (done at plant) but before it went to get accessories at outside vendor. There it sat for 3 weeks to get running boards and spray in bed liner.
My window sticker came up when everything was done and ready to ship.

My window sticker came up when everything was done and ready to ship.

Yeah - same here. Mine went to the vendor yesterday. I have a buildsheet, but the window sticker won't pop up until it's ready to ship.

Build sheet when truck is built before accessories.

Window sticker just before shipping. This is when the dealer gets billed for the truck.

Yeah - it did seem to get to shipping fast - plus it's weird that your dealer wouldn't have known that status. Give the buildsheet link a try - if that sheet comes up, then at least you know it was built.

Talked to them again today (Hazel) confirmed still D status. Explained my frustration and she put (or at least said she did) to escalate and I should receive an email... We’ll see. Don't have a lot of faith in them right now.

For what it is worth I escalated mine today as well after no updates since my order on 3.6. If the used market wasn't so hot I wouldn't be so eager to move on, but since it is, the sooner my new truck can get here the better.

Just curious, what is your vin sequential number? Not to give it all. Mine is MN744***. Curious where they are on builds. I came across a few with a VIN of MN738***

Yeah - the worst is that that one chat response got your hopes up with the wrong info. But that would have been seriously fast from order to build these days. Hang in there!

My 2/20 Laramie order went from D status on 4/6 to D1 status on 4/14. If some of you guys that ordered after me are able to escalate your builds, I'm going to do the same next week.

MN704439 was built about 4 days ago and close as I can tell, got its bedliner sprayed in and its in shipping as of yesterday

wow that sucks, seems like a late D status too. My D status was very early but only just went D1 status.

I wonder how the scheduling works.

No longer waiting. Got lucky and found a truck that matched my wants (EcoDiesel, Advanced Safety, Tech Group and Indigo/Frost interior) without anything I didn’t (Multi Function Tailgate, Ramboxes). Even one of my two preferred exterior colors. Anything else is something I can add (AT tires, bed step, bed liner and tie downs). Arrived from dealer trade today. Pick it up after inspection and detailing on Monday. Only got 12% below MSRP but considering the limited inventory and the issues with getting chips for the “advanced” features I wanted and now I don’t have to wait and wonder when I’ll get a build, I’ll take it.

How... or where, did you find your window sticker? I just found my build sheet today and its sitting in shipping now....I think?
