Alright!! My salesman called yesterday and said my truck will be at the dealership today (Thursday) 4/1 or tomorrow 4/2!!!!! He will send me pics and I will post ASAP. Question: how many of y’all have the MFT and is it as awesome as I hope it to be or does it suck?? I ordered it because not only does it look super convenient and cool, I am a left leg amputee and thought it would make it easier to get in and out of the bed. Let me know what y’all that have it think! Thanks y’all

They did, I like it so far. Just seems like the accessory shop skipped my truck. Even got bsm and the tech group which I was concerned about.

That's good - at least the bed utility group can be added after - that MFT can't. Hope everything goes smoothly with getting that worked out - and enjoy it!

Got word from the dealer yesterday that my Est ship date is 4/14 - so I guess it's moved into D1 now!

When you contact Ram Chat they have standard back and forth question I made word document for the answers to save time.

• Answer how are you, I use “ I’m spectacular
• They want your: home address, phone number and email
• I then use the old status list to check the answer from the Ram chat rep. To see what it would have been with the letter and number system.

I did this because it is a pattern of questions that they ask. I just thought I would share this with the team.

Yesterday I was told I'm in "pre production" I ordered 3-4-21

I ordered 3/2, I went into frame yesterday per RamChat. I was in D1 on 3/23. I will be going by my dealer later today, I should be able to get status verified/updated and a new estimated shipping date. Hopefully yours will get started soon, but I think there are a lot of factors that go into scheduling.

I'm in the exact same boat - D status since I ordered. Just escalated it yesterday too. Waiting to see if that email shares any more info than the cut and paste responses that the chat gives us.

Chat rep escalated it Tuesday and I received an email from them a day later saying they will push for my build to move and provide updates as they become available. A day later the Sales GM at my dealership called to let me know I moved into D1 status today and there is an estimated ship date of 4/16 or 4/19 so I guess the escalation process works to get eyes on the build!

Ordered my truck on March 1/2, "D" status on 3/15. Curious if I'll have it within April. Also I want to call the incentives desk and try to get that $1,000 rebate!

Dealer told me today truck is "D1" status and delivery est is 4/15!
And Chrysler Financial extended 0% x 72mo woot!

I feel your pain... Wonder if I should escalate my order as well? I didn't know you could do that. I'm betting that it will be another 3 weeks minimum before I see any movement on this. I ordered the limited and my dealer said they ordered several trucks at the same time as mine and all of those are being built right now. They were not Limited's thou.

The chat rep escalated it for me. They said they cannot escalate unless it has been in the same status for about 45 days.

Ordered mine on MAR10 day too, hope it gets moving as it's been in D status for a a couple weeks now. Let's see who gets theirs first, I'm in Canada so hoping that doesn't slow stuff up at all.
