If you ordered your truck between Jan 2 and Feb 28 you may be able to get them to apply it.

KZ shipped. window sticker showed up yesterday. Funny, the towing guide server recognized my vin before the window sticker server did

Latest update. Just received an email from my dealer.
" I just wanted to keep you informed that your truck has reached the shipping yard is awaiting transport to the dealership! That usually means its delivered in the next couple of days. I will let you know the moment the truck arrives. "

My dealer is prepping my truck to pick up tomorrow ... so I just opened up a RAM chat window and asked them what the status was ....



While I had hoped it would be faster it was 8 business days from when it entered trim phase to when it got delivered to my dealer.

Wish we had ram chat in Canada. All they give us is a phone number and they can’t do anything without a vin. Caught a ram chat agent off guard once and she was able to track status off my VON, any other time trying they notice I’m in Canada and won’t do anything for me. Ordered March 10, March 18 ram chat said BX status, but that was the last time they would help me. Not knowing anything is killing me, dealer said they won’t know anything until the vin shows up in the system.

You folks in the US don’t know how good you have it.

I ordered on Jan 6.

Mine was completed on 3/3 and ready for shipping. It finally shipped on 3/14 and just got to Chicago yesterday. Still waiting on transport truck to pick it up and drive 200 miles north. Sometimes it's quick and sometimes it will take awhile.

If you ask your dealer for the Assignment Detail Log it should give him an ETA.

How long did it take after it got to the "ready to ship" status? I've been checking hourly for my window stick the last few days after finding out my truck was built and waiting to ship.

I honestly can't tell you... Last I checked on Monday it was in Inspection. Work has been kicking my butt and I only get a chance to check it every so often.... That and I know I can't go get it until after the 12th one way or another because the PenFed discount doesn't kick in until then!

Finally got some movement! I check once weekly, on Tuesday mornings. It's been back and forth between D and D1. Expected the same old response, but got this today! View attachment 86676

Above was on Tuesday 3/23.
Checked again with Ram Chat on Weds 3/24 around 4:30PM and had build confirmed, along with estimated arrival at dealer between 4/5 and 4/19. Window sticker showed up after search at 5 PM.
All said, nothing seemed to happen until week 12. If truck arrives at dealer between 4/5 and 4/19, it will be 14 - 16 weeks total time as stated (somewhere) on Ram website.

I am convinced my order on February 17th will not be ready until late summer or early fall. That way, I'll be pleasantly surprised if I have it by the 4th of July.
