I have not noticed any wind noise from the front. I do get a slight noise when I roll the drivers winder down from the drivers side mirror. The crease where the mirror folds creates a noise from the wind. If I stick my finger over the crease going down the road the noise goes away.

Pretty sure I know the wind noise you are talking about. I have the same noise but it sounds like it comes from both sides most noticeable on the drivers side because you're closer to it. It's not like the type of noise you get from a leaking seal like when a window is partially cracked or a door isn't full closed. It sounds mores like air turbulence outside of the truck I think it's the sound of the of air passing over the mirrors, it's loud enough to hear inside of the cabin with the radio off and AC down low. The first time I noticed it I was on the freeway with the radio off 75 MPH, I though maybe it was just because it was windy out. But I've noticed that it starts at about 45 mph and gets louder the faster you go even when the air is dead still out. The only other way I could describe it, It's like being in the vehicle whiles its parked and its extremely windy outside and you can hear the wind passing over the vehicle. Is this like the wind noise you're hearing?

I want to try masking the joints of the side mirror with painters tape to see if that helps, just keep sealing cracks and slots until I find the culprit then come up with a more permanent fix once I locate it.

Yes this is the noise, I have appointment with a leak specialist at Ram dealer to look into it

Same here, it's not super noticable with the radio on, but it shouldn't be there, I've ridden in 20k dollar cars that don't have that kind of wind noise

I have quite a bit of wind noise. I think it is mostly coming from the sunroof. Anyone else experience this?

For the folks having the wind noise, what type of mirrors do you have? Standard or towing?

Standard mirrors. I noticed it as well on my first trip on the interstate. I tried pressing the glass edges with the window up to check for seal leaks. Nada.

Pretty sure its not a seal leak, It's the sound of the air passing over some part of the truck. When the radio is on the noise canceling blocks out most of it, but without the radio going and the AC blower down low or off it's noticeable. For me at about 60 mph or so and on up from there, I think its the mirrors but its hard to tell.

So the issue is,... my truck has wind noise when I'm on the freeway at 75mph? ....Pretty sure it's normal...unless of course you drive in a vacuum ;)

It's not your typical wind noise due to speed, proper aerodynamic design will yield laminar flow which at freeway speeds has a bit of noise, this is a turbulent noise the only other time I have heard this type of wind noise in other vehicles is driving in a heavy cross wind.

Try this to see if you have the same sound that I've figured out I have. When your driving on the highway about 100kmh change from recirc on the climate control and then back to fresh air. Mine completely goes away on fresh and I hear it on recirculating. Really strange....

Good evening everyone,
Please let us know if you decide to have your dealers look into this so we can have this documented and looked into further.
Thank you,
