Mine is setting 4, but with ORP springs and 33.5” duratracs if this helps at all. View attachment 71575

So stinking jealous of that color... wish it came in Laramie trim.

What are the actual size of those tires? I’m running 33s on 18s (Rebel takeoffs) right now, but I’ll probably bump up a bit when I come due for tires. Considering going back to a 20” wheel when I do.

So you've got 5100's in the front on setting 4, front and rear ORP springs and no modifications to the rear suspension?

Ok Folks, here’s what I have and the issue I’m having.

Front
Bilstein 5100 setting #5 = 1.7”
Tuff Country top hat spacer = 1.75
Tuff Country Uniball UCA
This should equal 3.45” front lift

Rear
Icon Rear springs, add 1.5” to the rear
1/2 spacer
This should equal 2” rear lift

with the current math Truck should sit level but
right now I’m 3/4 inch higher in the front then the rear. I know I have read that these Bilstein 5100 will settle but how much are we talking about? 3/4? I don’t feel like tearing all this apart again just to move the clip to setting #4. I’d like to hear from some other guys that have installed these.

Have the front 5100s settled anymore? And how do you like the duratracs? How much of a gap is there between the tire and the front wheel well and what impact on ride fuel economy have you had. Im placing the order for the tires on monday.

I put the Duratracs on first. Then leveled with Bilsteins. Plenty of room in the wheel well with the 33’s. As far as mpg’s there was a small hit when I put the tires on but I’d say the level gave it a much bigger hit. I’m 2k into the 5100’s being on and I’d say there’s little to zero settle so far.

Why would you specifically order Dura Tracs when there are so many better tires out there?

Sorry meant that comment for @cjpofd, he has the BTS with added ORP springs and the 285/60R20s but i appreciate your comment and the rebel wheels look great.

Duratracs are good AT tires and are very popular here in the NE. They are good mix of what I need specifically in a tire and I know plenty of people who run them without complaints. Ive done my research on pretty much every tire there is and there is plenty of good options and every tire has its positives and negatives.

Just remeasured and there’s been no settling. I had duratracs on my jeep before, so i already knew I’d like em. Plenty of room in the wheel well. I did shocks, springs and tires at the same time and my mpg prob went from 16 to 14 on average (but i have a heavy foot ).

If my goal is to just get close to level (okay with a little rake) can I just get the 2 fronts set on 5 and then not doing anything on the rear? Trying to run 33X12.5X20 tires and just be close to level. I put my name on the waitlist for bilsteins website for both the front/rear package, as well as just the front. Trying to see if pulling the trigger on just the front would be okay?

19' 1500 Laramie, No ORP.

Yes. That will be the setting you want. No need for anything in the rear.

Anyone have any idea how often they come back into stock on bistein? Put myself on the email notification, is it every couple of weeks usually?

Mine was nose high for sure after the RC 2in struts. Thats why i did the rear spacers.
How do you like the RC struts. Don't see many people talking about them, but the reviews on their site are really good. They are a lot cheaper than the Bilstein 6112's and don't have to be put together. Also some people say the lift is more like 2.5" which would mean nose high.
