I fixed mine was well. Sold it. Sticker was $53K, bought the truck September 2018 for $44k. Sold it last week with 30K miles for $42200. Dealer that bought it has it listed right now for $48,600 insane. Got a truck shortage right now and used prices are crazy. Nows the time to unload them.

What did you end up getting? I just blue booked my truck and I could get 5k more than what I paid for it in June with 4000 more miles on it. Crazy

RAM CARES
Can somebody tell me what Ram Cares has done for them this fix this problem ? Because it is not fixed. New truck 2020 Limited less than 2000 miles , same issue. So do I start taking it back 6-8 times, have them screw around with wheels, tires, steering only to have it still there.
Thanks Mark, But after reading 980 and counting replies no one can say that RAM CARES working with FCA and the dealer has found the problem and solved it. To pursue this is an invitation to aggravation. So much so that the only solution by many is to buy a different truck. Shame on FCA. I only wish that this thread was put on the Sticky list at the beginning of this forum so that every potential buyer will test drive the truck on the highway before using their hard earned money to buy a faulty truck that FCA will not fix.

I don't know, and I say that because when I bought the truck needed new tires so I replaced them right away. These new tires have maybe 3000 miles on them, but I will keep an eye out for that, thanks for the pictures.
Mine had unusual wear at 1500 miles!

Maybe I should try that. I can tell you I love the truck, but with the issues I’ve had, never again!

I totally agree! Carvana offered me $45,200 for mine and it was a lease with zero down. Buyout was at 39,000.

I just had my '19 Limited aligned and tires balanced with 13k miles due to a wobble hop at 70+ mph. Although inexplicably the alignment was off with nothing but highway miles, the wobble hop still remains. Has anyone rectified it, and if so, how?

I'm still having the same issues, but for me it's around 55-60mph. Have been to the dealer 3 times, they keep blaming it on tire/wheel balance but then they are not able to correct the issue with a balance...seems to me that this would suggest that it is not due to balance... It's back at the dealer as we speak, and once again they have the same "solution". 34k miles, been dealing with this since day one. I also have a 2019 Limited.

Sounds very familiar, mine only has 8000 miles, tires have been removed from truck 6-7 times already, balanced, alignment, new rack and pinion. Still issues!

Same vibration issue as many of you. After second visit, dealer replaced them with new 20” Bridgestones. Same vibration. Had my tire shop rebalance the tires. They were off 1/2-3/4 of an ounce. Right front tire is out of round. Vibration through the steering wheel has stopped. Headed back to the dealer soon!

Mine has been balanced 6 times! I’m ready too! Mine was at dealer all day again today, 8 times now for same thing in less than a year and 8000 miles. Two dealers have told me it’s not the tires now they say it is the tires. But I have to fight tire company to warranty them. I said who do I call, service advisor responds I have no clue, good luck. Then tell me this is normal wear at 6000 miles after being balance, rotated and alignment.

Nothing, just put the check in the bank. Didn't need a replacement vehicle for daily purposes. Now I'm hunting for a 2005-2009 4th gen 4runner or Lexus GX470 to build a trail rig.

What a bunch of crap! Now they give me the tire run around with no help said it’s my issue to deal with on my own. When a company chooses to put a brand of tires on and the company won’t even stand behind it! BS! Guess my $63,000 didn’t mean anything to your crappy company/brad! Never again!!!!!

Unfortunately they're correct, tires are separate from the vehicle warranty. The warranty on tires is through the tire maker. Seems crazy but here we are

And your 3 Silverado's didn't have the "Chevy Shake"?? the notorious shake/vibration at 60+...

Drove a family members 2019 Silverado LTZ and man at highway speeds even the littlest bumps made the whole truck shudder for nearly a full second. Kinda frightening...

Yup same thing for me this truck is the biggest disappointment I don't want to even go pick the truck up from the dealer I know there's a issue but they figure I will get annoyed and go away but I won't!!! Oh and they tried to tell me it the wrong size wheels and tires 275/60/20 I said check door sticker and the window sticker in glovebox so pissed I want to drive thing thru dealers showroom but I enjoy.freedom

Yup today I went and had to drive it for them and voila like I said 73 it starts shaking seat and console they tried to say at lower speeds I felt it that was the road causing it lmao so it stays another night to get looked at again and driven more but if they find something that fixes it I will definitely share with everyone
