So, would that mean I don’t get any USB ports or 12V Outlets in the back seat?

That I don't know... I have heard that some early builds of the different trim levels may have not gotten certain options but I can't tell you specifics. Someone that has a bighorn will most likely jump in and may be able to help.

Look at your window sticker and see if Media Hub-2 USB, Full Function / Charge Only is listed. If it is, you can talk to your dealer and see if they can get it installed on their dime.

Most likely it is not. I have a similar scenario where Level 2 was suppose to get the 120VAC outlet and although my sticker lists Level 2, it does not spell out the 120VAC outlet. It does however list the Media Hub.

I have the feeling that Ram, regardless of what they list on their build website, pushed trucks out the door with missing options due to not having stock of those parts. A little alteration of sticker and price ?? and they sent them on their way.

I didn’t even get the option to keep the Window Sticker when I got the truck.. ☹️

If it makes you feel better I didn't get the 120V. I would certainly have a chat with the dealer or ramcares and get that taken care of.

If we were to make enough noise
Never mind, I found it crumbled up in the glove box. I guess I didn’t get the media package. It is a Level 2 though.

Interesting. Your Level 2 pricing is $2100, No 115VAC or Media Hub. My level 2 is $2200, it included the media hub but no 115VAC. If you configure a truck on the Ram build site, Level 2 is now $2400.

Can’t really connect any dots so to speak but one could make the argument that when you seen Level 2 on the sticker, you assumed you were getting what was shown on the website, regardless of pricing. Me personally, I had the 115VAC outlet in my last 2 trucks and never used them so it’s really not worth pursuing for me. If I did not have the media hub though, I’d be yelling loud because my kids would be yelling louder. ;)

Yep, early BigHorns did not get usb or 110v outlets even when Level 2 was added (which conflicts with the sales brochure!). When I was shopping options this changing of options without advising customers was really frustrating, motivating this post below. Lesson: is if it’s not on the build sheet or window sticker you won’t get it. I’ll bet the service department could get the parts and add it for a price, maybe ask if it’s important to you. Good luck.

Thanks, It’s not important to me because I won’t be in the back seat, and I’ll hardly have people in the back seat. I was just wondering why it didn’t have the outlets. Thanks for the reply!

You are correct, the brochure says BigHorns only get rear USB and 115v outlets if Level 2 (and if a later build as it turns out). They all should have front and center USB.

My Big Horn with Level 2 package has neither, back of the console is blank besides the air vents. I didn't even realize it until we got in the truck to take a trip and my daughter asked about it. I didn't think to look before but was very surprised to find nothing. However, there is 1 USB port on the back wall of the inside of the console lid that she was able to use to charge her phone. And of course the 4 front ones, and the 12v at the top of the dash. I guess we'll survive lol.

Lol yeah....as far as early build....based on this thread, I guess so? Didn't know it was a thing until now. I didn't order the truck, just bought it off of the lot. Whod'a ever thunk all 2019 models of the same truck wouldn't be the same? SMH.

FYI your build date is on a door sticker if you are curious... probably only a concern if you are wrestling with problems/fixes. If not, just keep being a happy camper!

Just to update the thread.....my build date is 03/2018 and I do not have the rear USB or 120v inputs on my Big Horn with Level 2 package.
