hello Ram Cares. I have been emailing and calling everyday since Thurseday. I have had not one person answer a phone or email me back. This is getting rediculous. I dont think it should be called Ram Cares any more. I have 3 problems with my truck right now and one is a serious safety concern. Some one needs to at least act like they care and call me or email me.

And if there's something unsafe, get it to a dealer. They can't fix it over the internet.
I understand that it cant be fixed over the internet. I have a bit of a unique situation. I am working out of state 12 hours a day and I would need to have the loaner for more than one day and it would need to be approved from another dealer, not the dealer I purchased it from.
