New 12" Uconnect Software Version 19.33.11? New Update 19.43.1a

Oh i have no doubt Someone on the customer service Hotline or a Dealer actually said that... fca has been using this distraction tactics of promising an update for next quarter for well over a year now...

I can't even get my truck much less an update for the 12 in UConnect that comes with it:mad:

FYI - I just received the update on my truck last night... just when I parked in my driveway and shut the vehicle down, the screen asked if I wanted to update my 12" Uconnect screen or update later, obviously I chose to update now. It then said to put the vehicle in park and have the engine on off. It then proceeded to update and it even had a time left to download of 45 minutes. I checked it an hour later and it was updated to software version 19.49.13. As of now I don't see a difference but we shall see.

Seems yours is a newer version than everyone else is getting of 19.43.1a. Interesting

Guessing those getting updates are 2020s I doubt there will ever be an update for 2019s

Are you sure you got 19.43.13 and not 19.43.1a? Since you have a 2019 MY, it is very important that we check which hardware version you have. If it is an older one (not CNSDC29N3GL), maybe, just maybe, some of the others following this thread can hold out hope they will be getting the update.

For those of you who have a 2020 model and you are having issues – how long did it take for you to realize that you were going to have major issues w/ your Uconnect?

I have a 2020 Limited on order & I would like to know before I drive it off the lot if mine is going to be a truck w/ ongoing issues.

Thanks, the picture tells all. Looks like you have a software version we have not seen yet and your hardware seems to be an older (MY2019) version. My guess is that this is going to take some time before we all know exactly what FCA is going to do across all of the various versions we have in our trucks. What would be great is if someone on an older software version having major issues with their Uconnect unit gets an update and it resolves the issues.

This is what I got and I have been having major issues from day one. I’m curious to see but honestly I’ve been told since October 2018 there will be an update soon and so far nothing but empty promises...

Nice to see an update on 2019, time will tell if and when we see updates to other hardware versions fingers crossed for 29NFGL next AND it fixes the Bluetooth issue when people can't hear you.

Sad part is come this fall there will be a completely different uconnect version out for all FCA brands.

I have. 2020 limited as well and I don’t have any single issue with my 12 inch my truck is perfect

I have the same versions of hw6and sw as you and I have not had a single issue with the system... Not one. Still wish there were some feature addrions.
