The MX4 works for me, installed it myself in about 1/2 hour. To pay someone to do this install probably is not warranted.

if truly they are not going to fix our 12 inch 19's I feel we need a class action lawsuit. Not only did they take function away( trip computer) the deck cuts out on bluetooth etc. for 70k plus I do expect it to work as sold.

Agree, I was told all the features plus with 12 inch, I was lied to. Class action the way to go. Looking into filing a complaint with consumer affairs for my state.

Hopefully someone starts one in California . Idk how any of that works... still astounded that they give us what should be a more than capable machine only to have it be a mere facade for basic options. Are the 2020 getting something better? We should have someone type something up with everything we were promised to be able to do and have and all copy and paste it in a letter to FCA. There’s a ton of us on here

Let's get a class action started. I've already hired a Lemon Law Attorney to get rid of this thing. Love the truck, worst customer service ever, DISPISE the uconnect/issues.
