Almost done with mine too..

Just finished Grille, had to post a pic

Gotta do mirrors, then done (believe I’ll leave door trim chrome to match pending wheels).

Sorry for hi-jack, will start my own thread for other mods!

Nice, let's see a signature with the mods/specs. Thanks

Looking good! What did you do for the window trim? That's the last thing I have left on my Limited. I've been trying to order the black replacement trim from Avondale, but it's been on backorder for months.

Finally got rid of 99% of the chrome on my Limited. Had the grill painted with black background and Ivory accents. Added new shoes last week with Fuel Contra 22x10 and 33x12.50 Open County M/T. Also, added Revel Links for 38.5 on front and 39 rear in normal setting (no error codes up to this point in OR1 or OR2) thankfully no rubbing issues. Last few projects are replacing chrome window trip (have the black trim hoping to throw on this weekend) and blackout tails. Thanks to Jeremy at Retro Shop for the Ivory matched badass badges and Dustin from Custom Automotive in Kentucky for getting the wheels and tire to Florida for me! Second time I’ve used Custom Automotive in the last three years, highly recommend them no matter where you are located!

Oh just Awesome! I have the same car. Here are few variations I’m also considering

What do you guys think?

Just installed my black window trim. For the fronts, I was able to installed them by just loosening the side mirrors. Just take off the clip/pin to access the bolts to the mirror and you can access the bolts with a combo wrench. Didn't have to take off door panels.

Did you paint your window trim or purchase a black trim?

2019 Limited 4x4 with ramboxes, no etourque
- Borla cat-back touring with resonator
- 20% ceramic tint all around and pano
- Leveled with Daystar spacers and revel links (0.5in rake)
- Nitto ridge grapplers 285/55r22 (34.6x11.7)

Not into chrome, but I would leave the trim around windows. Nice!

This looks amazing! How much did you end up spending to get all this done?

What's the part number for the black trim?

I’m in progress as well. All badging gone. Mirror caps replaced. FYI get the dealer to do this. They broke both mirrors when they did the swap and all replaced under warranty. Next comes the grill.

I want to get my grill painted instead of wrapped. Need to talk to a few shops cause my what I know, nothing sticks or lasts when it comes to painting chrome.

Kinda miss the chrome door trim but haven't seen any part numbers for it online if I wanted to replace it or not

Looks great! Looking to swap out my chrome trim on my Limited as well, but can't find any videos or instructions of how this is done. Do know know of any resources that helped you with the swap?

You can paint chrome and it will last too, the key is take your time to sand it good and good prime coat.

I just had my grille painted to match body color, and may now be done with my project to de-chrome my Limited. I completely disassembled the grill and painted the upper and lower appliqués, inside brushed metal trim piece, and chrome grid accent. I’ve also swapped the mirror caps, removed the original side molding and replaced with body color, swapped the tailgate handle, and went to black badging. I also swapped my OEM 20’s for Rebel wheels and tires. Still debating blacking out or replacing the chrome window trim and door handles, but I may just leave it alone. I think doing the grille and mirrors made a huge difference in toning down the overdone chrome on the Limited.View attachment 18870View attachment 18871View attachment 18872View attachment 18873

Where did you find the black LIMITED badge? That’s the only one I haven’t been able to find?

I plasti-dipped the chrome "Limited" badge. You could also use a black limited badge from a different vehicle (example: Grand Cherokee), but the size/font is a little different.

With the 2020 Limited picking up a Night Edition now, we should see the black LIMITED badging available through Mopar.

Until then, Plasti-dip has been used by many.

How do the Nitto’s ride? Are they quiet? I’m gonna have to get some new tires in the next couple of months and like the look, but not familiar with the brand.

Drive great.. they have both looks and performance, which is why they're a little pricey

I’m looking to get a quote on some grille paint work but I won’t be painting my whole grille just the dark grey parts.
