Vvivid vinyl air tint smoke headlight tint. Did the rear cabin light, mirror turn signals and headlights. Very easy to work with, but I really have no basis for a comparison because this was my first experience w vinyl or tint. This color (smoke) barely affects light production and still lets you see those beautiful LEDs in the right light.

Check out CK Wraps on YouTube, he swears by this stuff and convinced me to use it. He has a video where he does an f-150 headlight and shows the negligible difference in light production between tinted and not.

Did you think about trying on Rear Brake lights?
I gave it a try (also first try at anything like this) and struggled. I think the Rear park Senors built into tailights makes off not smooth shape. I tried cutting out didn't look good. At the end I got frustrated and ripped it off. I may try the same lights at you, they look nice and flat.

Mine was still in the box, I went back and looked for it and it was there.

Turns out they had a run of them packaged without the J-Clip. Called corporate Customer Care and she said I’m not the first to call today. Shipping one out and I’ll have it by Monday.

I did the flat lights only...rear cabin bed light, mirror blinkers, headlights. Thought about doing the fog lights, but they are so hidden you can barely see them AND if I need fog lights, I want them to produce light, I don't want them to have any less light production.
The first headlight went so easy I thought I might try the tail lights, but the second headlight didn't go so easy. I think I had too much tension on it and kept getting creases. So not only was I super frustrated, I ran out of tint film to even attempt the tail lights.
The covers i have are ok. I had a set fly off on the highway, got them replaced. The one thing I dont like is that there are 4 "dimples" that protrude out of the cover where the velcro/adhesive pieces are that attach the cover to the light. It makes them look a little silly. But for 80 bucks ( i think thats what I paid for them) and about 5 minutes to install, they get the job done for now. Might get the tails professionally tinted or try them myself someday.

Made a job site visit. Putting the Ram to use, the new Bedrug (even though it isn’t attached yet) is amazing. Product slid in and out easily and without damage from the spray in liner.

Side note, driving with stuff back there and with the tailgate down is SOOOOO MUCH BETTER than my 2016 F150. The suspension soaks everything up so nothing bounces around and the tailgate stays put. In my F150 the tailgate would lift up and slam down over bumps. This blew me away.

Picked up my Rebel Tuesday. 1st mod today, installed a bedrug. The Lomax bed cover will have to wait till Sunday for install.

The full Bedrug looks so nice, but since I already had the spray in liner from the Bed Utility Group I opted for the Bedrug XLT for half the cost. Really just wanted it to slide things in and out easier without damaging the items I put in there.

Quick wash, detail spray while drying to eliminate water spots, and Mother’s CMX.

picked up our ram limited yesterday. Came with 22s immediately bought some 20" limited takeoffs and swapped them to sell the 22s. Me and bro spent 3.5 hours washing, clay barring, waxing it.

Made custom mount for 67 Designs holder. Removed rubber liner. Cut piece of 30x30 mm exactly 4 inches long to give access to the 2 dash screws. Gives me option to add and mount iPad mini for Gaia GPS when we’ll go off road.
What did you use to do this? I am looking to do the same sort of thing, and where did you get it? Thanks

Got mount from 67 designs. Then got a 30x30 Black extrusion off Amazon and cut it down to length the was slight less than the width between the 2 screws in the dash. Used 3m heavy duty adhesive tape on bottom. Going to add small brackets that use the dash screws to fix the extrusion tight.

You did a really good job with this. Love the fender flares and the all black!
Appreciate it. Had a completely different look at first. The flares were an after thought and then I had to change wheels for a second time because the first set I bought tucked way in. Still have a few small things I will do to it but this is pretty close to the finished product.
