$29.99 US dollars per horsepower. Who will be the first to try and fit one in their 5th gen? I assume space won't be an issue since the engine bay has all the extra room up front to make the mechanic's job easier and less time-consuming.

I will volunteer as tribute to be the test dummy but am going to have to start a Kickstarter campaign for the $30,000.

If you're willing to give me that $30K (once you've raised it), I just might foot the $30K bill to have it installed in mine ;)
LOL, Installation is the easy part for me...My Uncle owns his own shop, just would have to drive to NJ where his shop is. Well worth the 1000 mile drive from florida.

Sorry. Just take that 345 out and slap that 426 Hellephant in there. HAVE lots of wire connectors and some fake catalytic convertors...but be ready to upgrade your rear differential and transfer case. Probably gonna need a big ole hood scoop and some heat extractors too.

The hood Mopar showed at SEMA would be great...if they would get it out.

My Hellephant dream involves a 1980 Plymouth Trailduster. But, for the most practical result...a 1969 Dodge Ram D100, a complete modernized cruiser and strip brawler.

Should fit right in there. Hemi's are all the same outside dimensions. The internals are what is different. The problem is tranny and electrical. I wouldn't expect anything else to work unless you can find a tuner worthy of flashing the PCM you already have in your truck to run the 426. Not sure that is even possible and still have all the functionality of everything else on the truck.

Good luck. Just wait for the TRX. It'll be much cheaper.

Thanks, this is all a pipe dream and really something for us all too contemplate and discuss. I do look forward to the TR & TRX, will probably end up trading in for one. Gunna be sweet, but i will be eating ramen to afford it ;-)

Even pipe dreams come true. I'd love to see this done. With 4wd, the thing would be a blast for sure.

There's a guy on YouTube who put a Hellcat in his Ram. I know it can be done.
