The last thing I did was, I used Permatex clear “FLOWABLE” silicone around rear windows on the exterior of the truck, hopefully this covers it. Wish me luck. Mitch

When pulling the 3rd brake light, I saw white residue about 3 inches a long the top gasket. So maybe water coming in?. I cleaned the area and wiped off gasket and used Black Permatex silicone gasket, putting a bead on existing gasket and re mounted light. Better safe than sorry.

Probably should have just replaced the gasket on 3rd brake light. and it's better to make posts on the forum, and not profile posts if you actually want advice from people.

Hey people this is what I observed while doing repairs on my truck. Water was coming out from under RF antenna hen I pressed down on it. I cleaned dried area and used Permatex black gasket silicone to repair.

Got my truck back yesterday. RF module faulty. Dealership said they couldn’t find any water intrusion. Much rain tonight on radar. I’m gonna put a towel between rear seat and window and wait. This a.m. went out to truck and towel on passenger side is damp and windows foggy. More to follow but I’m gonna attempt to fix all leak points today. 3rd brake light, RF antenna and rear window .

2019 Ram 1500 with 67340 miles. Diagnosed with cracked back windows frame ($2500) and an electrical issues requiring a 20 Way Wiring Connector also not covered under warranty or 100000 mile extended warranty. Any advice or help would be appreciated.

The Dealer is Capital CDJR of Garner. The truck went to the dealer for electrical problems, airbag and shifter warnings. The dealer identified the back windows cracked frame because they thought water may have leaked into the electronic through the crack. "The window is not cracked" just the frame. I sense learned the water leak from the cracked windows frame did not create the electrical issue.

Called dealership today still No update on truck, shortage of techs. Has anyone done anything to try to protect the rf module besides sealing all windows and such.

Try to fix it. A lot of videos on Youtube. Because if you don't what happen to me might happen to you. Water gets to the RF module behind the rear seat and shuts everything down, no fobs no start just alarms going off. Now mine is at the dealer and for how long?, who knows.

2019 dodge ram 1500 rebel sport, can someone tell me if they are having problems with electrical and radio I'm after having it replaced 3 times and still giving problems, I have no access to android or apply play.

No don't think replaced complete radio 3 times now, still having issues have no uconnect at all now
