What kind of fog lights do you have? I ask because that doesn't look like the fog light connector...unless maybe they're HID/factory LED fog lights...

They are factory LED fog lights that come on the Rebel, when I turn them on the light comes on in the dash but they don’t turn on

Usually if there's a connection issue...there would be a light-out indicator. Like Of3 said...a pic would help.

That plug shouldn't be flopping around like that exposed to the elements. It must plug in somewhere around that location

That means at least one of the lights is connected. Bad bulbs..?

Replaced completely, I think it must be that connector but I have no clue what it is and where it goes

Did the fogs EVER work? If you have front park sense, that wouldn’t be working, either. The front facia harness is either missing, or the connector for it came unplugged, and can’t be too far away-

I don’t have parking sensors on my truck, does that mean this is just an extra connector?

And yes, your pictured unplugged connector is definitely for the fogs

No. That IS the connector for the fog lights harness (and park sense of equipped).

Did your fogs EVER work? Are there connectors plugged into them right now? If so, follow the wires to the driver side and they will come to the missing connector.
