Winshield Button Issues

So who is to blame for this? It finally got cold in the midwest so I was searching for the front windshield button, I guess I got lucky with two. Someone in Mexico must have grabbed the wrong one?

Lol, yeah had the truck for over a month and I just noticed. I assume it should be a quick and easy snap out and snap it kind of deal?

Knowing FCA - a whole new bezel and screen is needed and it'll be 6 weeks lol.

One does the front defrost and other one does the back, they made a mistake and put 2 front buttons on instead of 1 front and 1 back.

Must be the left and right! That is why mine only works on the right side!! lol
