Will S&B work with catch can?

Worried about Vararam for multiple reasons, and would like to get an S&B. The box is gigantic, and I've heard it won't work with a regular style catch can mounted to the head. Anyone have any feedback on that?

Or pay for a mishimoto catch can

Nah, Ebay one will do the job for 1/4 the cost.
All catch cans are not created equal and there is a TON of crap on eBay to choose from. Make sure you buy a baffled can that has a filter attached to the interior of the cans outlet. The Mishimoto is baffled and comes with a 50 micron filter installed inside the can.

So go with another CAI or fab up something as I’m sure most of them that mount to the block won’t work with the S&B as it is
What did you mount to?

I used the bolt hole that retains the radiator/fan assembly. I just went to Lowes and purchased a few spacers and longer bolt. Then Napa for a longer length hose. Probably have $10 in relocating it

I wound up readjusting the bracket at an angle toward the driver side as far as it would go and adjusted the hoses. It fits, but barely. The can is hard to get to, but the valve is accessible. I won't be able to take the can off without removing the box first. I drained the can when I was doing all this and even after only about a thousand miles there was probably a tablespoon of oil in it. I guess that shows that even on newer motors these things do serve a purpose.
