Have a 2020 Ram 1500 quad cab that has been rear ended and the bed , tailgate , and bumper destroyed. located a same color bed from a 2500 in Nebraska. I want to be positive before I make the drive they are the same the same parts.

No. It is the 4th Gen Bed on the 2500.
If you can fabricate for the mounts...maybe...but the body lines are not the same.

Well...i better ask. Your 2020 a classic or DT.
If yours happens to be the DT read above..the beds are different.
If a classic...you want to look at 2018 and older HD...it will be a direct swap.
The 2019 plus have different taillight and the tailgate opens without the handle...so you got to worry about that

No. Completely different (unless maybe he has a Classic 1500 as @devildodge said). My buddy made the same mistake when trying to replace a damaged tailgate on his '19 DT. Wasn't even close.
