22 MPG at what speed(s)?

55 to 65 driving in normal mode. Had a Scat pack in 2017 drive back and forth 55 to 65 and 25 MPG all highway as well. True story.

Yes, just that from a hard roll on the open 4 lane. You won't pull away from me from a 40 to 60 Mph kick.... You will get gasified too as you run in to many pulling well over 1000HP....good old-fashioned GAS it don't take much at all to get any hellcats over 1000hp.

You do realize there are hacks for Tesla into increase performance. So once you start talking modified ICE vehicles, might as well include modified electric cars as well.

No, I don't know much about tesla or electric, and really will never be interested in them at all. I think many may like them and that's cool. I'm just an old school Geezer I guess, and I love muscle cars of all types makes and models and electric just don't fit even if it comes with super armatures. No offense intended. lol. Electric needs to be with electric, your right.

I’m not saying a Hellcat isn’t cooler than some EV; it definitely is.

Just saying speed isn’t the sole, or even leading, characteristic of some of these awesome ICE cars that makes them so awesome.

EVs have commoditized quickness at least, if not speed itself, and made it consistently repeatable and accessible to anyone with a modicum of axial mobility in their right foot.

If I’m dropping $100k I’ll gladly take a slower ICE car that offers an experience. Even if it means getting trounced from a light by my wife as she totes the kids to drop off.

off topic but a few comments about EV's, they are fast and yeah it's not the same. back in the day most muscle car's actually had less power than a 5.7 hemi but i had alot more fun it was visceral modern cars don't have that feel, they are quicker but ya don't get the white knuckle hanging on for your life rush.
there is nothing like 8 god blessed american cylinders with a cam that makes it sound like it's gonna stall out idling.
