2020 Rebel with stock rims and tires
K+N CAI
Borla S-Type cat back exhaust

11.5-12 city
And I don’t do enough highway driving to give a good estimate.

I’m posting this because I’m getting pretty horrible MPG for both city and highway. Up to about 2K miles my city was 9 mpg and highway was 13 mpg. Now at 2,300 miles my city driving is currently 10 mpg and my highway is around 14 mpg.

Setup:
2020 Ram 1500 Limited
No lift yet
5.7L 3.92
Hostile Alpha 22x10 -25 Offset
Nitto Ridge Grappler LT285/50R22
Mopar Performance Cat-back
Mopar Performance CAI
Pedal Commander PC78

My stock 2010 Laramie got around 13 city and 17 highway.
How does your wheel weight compare to the OEM ones you took off?

The hybrid tires will add rolling resistance. How heavy are they compared to the stockers you pulled off? If they are E-rated they could be 10+ lbs more per tire.

Unsprung weight is an mpg killer (plus the rolling resistance of the wider and softer tire).

Pedal Commander is going to change the fueling compared to a stock truck (more pedal for same amount of fuel).

I have a 3.21 (non-eTorque) Big Horn with the ORP. It has most of the options available so that adds to my weight. The only "modification" I have made so far is OEM sized Ridge Grapplers (XL-rated so a tad lighter than the Falkens that were on the truck).

I get 14.5-15 mpg overall with about 50/50 city/highway driving (~12 mpg in town and ~18 mpg on the highway @ 70 mph).

I think the Butter Wet Wax reduces drag for my Limited ;)

I’m in a limited 3.92 with 20x10 with 305/55 and I average 13. I’m in DFW so there’s really no difference in highway and city day to day. Last 200m trip I got 17.5 on highway only.

Rebel, stock 33in duratrac tires no lift.
3.92 gears
~20,000 miles +
Magnaflow exhaust, very recently also added the mopar Ramair intake.

I have mostly city driving, very little in the way of long highway stretches, and those highway stretches normally have idiot coastal drivers.
I mean idiots. Merging is a nightmare, getting up to speed involves some throttle, and unless you feel like doing 45 in a 65, prepare to meet your new friend, the left lane. Oh and get there quick, or you're doing 58 behind some guy in a prius who is finishing his audiobook on vegan cooking.

Lately I had been averaging 14.7mpg
Now with the intake, I'm getting 15.7 by the end of the first tank. I'm doing a lot of "I need to hear this exhaust and test the power delivery" driving too. I'm finding steeper hills just to have an excuse for needing to roll into the gas pedal.

If you made me guess? I think the MPG did change, with a pickup of +.5mpg city, +1mpg highway and it would show up on a long highway loop.
I don't want to state that with absolute certainty, but I also don't think it's erroneous at all. There has been an increase of some sort.

What's your load rating on the door jamb sticker? Limited editions can weigh quite a bit, not uncommon to have 700-800 lbs of options over other trims. Also, what is your tire pressure at?
Says 7,100 on the door. The wheels appear to be 43 lbs and tires are 64 lbs.

My XL-rated stock sized Ridge Grapplers (275/65-18) are 45 lbs each. The Falken Wildpeak A/T3WA tires that came with my truck were 49 lbs each.

At 64 lbs per tire I’m guessing you've got E-Rated rubber. That’s a lot of extra rotating mass your engine has to push around.
