Hard to say, at this point I think the noise I'm hearing is injectors. You won't hear engine pinging due to octane just when it's idling, so it isn't that.
One thing that might "comfort" you; these hemis are pretty noisy even when there is nothing wrong. Brand new or half done, they all make various ticks and clacking; from injectors to lifters to piston slap, there is nothing wrong with them, that's just how they work. So it may be that the noise you hear in your truck is nothing to worry about.
