What is this intermittent booming noise coming from the back?

It occurs at lower speeds. (below 40mph)
It's a very noticeable intermittent 'booming' sound coming from what sounds like behind/under the rear seat and seems to be related to the rear suspension movement.

I have a 2020 Limited and have ruled out the following:
-ANC
-MDS
-Air suspension setting

Anyone else notice this booming?
Also, if you have noticed it, do you have the air suspension?
I don't have air suspension.

I don't have air suspension.
I have long since isolated the issue and reported on it. The issue I was having was the two vents on the rear cabin wall open/close rapidly at @ 38MPH with all windows up and sunroof closed.
My fix was shoving a pool noodle down between the cab and bed(don't shove too far that you block the vents) and also coating the back cab interior wall with sound proofing adhesive pads. Doesn't do it anymore.

This sub vibrates the whole back of the truck. Sounds like ****.
