No rust-out, no dents, excellent chrome and glass, what a find!

I like the wire wheels, they go with the vintage of the car.

Don't paint it for sure, maybe clear-coat to protect it?

Find a good upholsterer and do the interior tuck-and-roll custom to really set it off.

Lose that hot-rod air cleaner, easy to find a Cadillac-style air cleaner, maybe a retro one?

It's not quite that nice. Has poorly patched holes in the driver's front and both rear floor boards. Plus the trunk floor is rusting thru. But the whole body is straight and all the rest of the body/frame is good! Chrome is good but all windows have small cracks or a little delamination. It has a new home now out back! Still a lot of work to do.

Recent purchase, a 2004 Chrysler Crossfire coupe. A car I made fun of when it came out, turns out I love it. I was in the market for a little manual tranny hatchback for the weekends, looking mostly at VW Golfs, Mazda 5s, Ford Focus, etc. But this little car popped up on my local Craigslist and after seeing and driving it, I bought it.

It's essentially a rebodied Mercedes SLK 320, but comes with a 6-speed manual and a pretty reliable (for a Mercedes) V6 engine, rear wheel drive and lowered 1" with Eibach springs. I've owned some fancy cars over the years, but you can't believe how many people I meet that compliment me on this car, it's looks have aged well.

If you want to get really froggy with itz there is a company in Chicago or Minneapolis, that will do an AMG V8 swap into the car and it will look 100% factory

That's awesome, the only V8 swaps I've seen on the Xfire were Hemi engines, but an actual AMG V8 would actually fit that car better.

'14 Stryker. One of the best riding bikes I've ever had. First pic is of her in the garage. Second pic is one took randomly while we were sitting in the garage one day... has become one of my favorite pics, and resides on the lock screen of my phone

My wife gets a nervous tick when she sees me checking out vehicles on Bring-A-Trailer! It's a full time job keeping them all maintained and clean.

Here's the car I'm looking for: I owned this back in the early 80s; traded it to a dealer in the south suburbs of Chicago -- Midlothian Dodge -- in 1984 before I joined the Air Force. :(

1972 Dodge Charger S.E. w/440 Magnum engine, heavily optioned; sold new from "Mr Norm's" Grand Spaulding Dodge. If anyone knows anything about this car I'd appreciate the info. TIA!
