What did you do to your Ram today???

Replaced my 33x12.5r20 12 ply equivalent Toyo Open Country AT3s with a narrower and slightly taller set of AT3s. New tires (the two sunset pictures) are 285/60r20. Doesn’t look like hardly any difference in the pictures, but the slight increase in sidewall and a taller tire to help fill out the wheel wells a bit better is what I was going for and is more noticeable in person. The new tires are load range E instead of F, so they’re a little more comfortable on road too.

Looks great! They look very sporty 🤪
Are you using a spacer with those wheels? Just curious.....
S&B Intake install.
Do certain Hurrican models actually have a cold air intake vented thru the hood from the factory?
I thought I saw something in a video but wasn't sure...

RHOs do
I wouldn't mind trying one but I don't want increased engine or intake noise and I'm skeptical of the claimed gains. RHOs aren't rated any different than Tungsten or Limiteds

S&B Intake install.
Had a S&B in my 2000 powerstroke, it worked great. Got tired of cleaning and oiling the filter so after ten years I switched to dry filters for the next ten years. It was nice to be able to visualy inspect the filter. I would get one for my Big Horn truck if they had one for my truck.

I know I've seen conversations about this somewhere but figured I'd give someone else the chance to exercise and sharpen their search skills:

I'm contemplating getting an RTT for next summer and needing recommendations on bed rack for it.

I have a roll-up soft Tonneau that I would like to keep. 5' 7" bed, no ram box.

....aaand go!!

Last Thursday my windshield hose broke, split completely off. Easy repair though. Attached picture below. Fixed this weekend.
Also, added offroad lights and I really liked the quality. Having fun building the truck! Easy install with brackets sold from Amazon.
Next this weekend, I will install 9 inch lights in the bumper, I don't want to buy the 300dlls bracket and plus all the time to remove the bumper etc. I will be drilling on it, especially because I think in the future I will eventually go for a high clearance offroad bumper. Just not now. Plus I will paint the gray to black on the skid plate.

Went to Baja, I had to test the SW Headers and the tune, had fun destroying a 2023 Sierra AT4 (also tuned with headers and other mods)
The sound our Hemi produces is beautiful, I'd like to share a video but we can't here, but man how the truck drifts on the sand and with the high rpms and headers, sounds amazing!
Oh and a couple of steaks, that is where you truly enjoy life! In the wilderness, nobody around, a big steak, body in relax mode after all the adrenaline by maxing out the truck to the limit!

Let us know how you like it. I been keeping an eye on their intake forever and they just now finally release it. I want to hear my turbos spool lol.

Given I have a AWE exhaust, I don't "hear" much of a change, that said there is increased throttle response. Merging today at 50mph I put it down and it spun the tires. That was not the case prior to :)

Wife and I went out and enjoyed some play time in the snow. Of course saw a great opportunity to stop and snap a few pics:

lol, It's onions.
Try it some time, in 2 sheets of aluminum foil add one chopped White Onion (chopped/chunk, not too small) you add lime, some soy sauce, little bit of salt. Fold it nice and tight and let it cook on the grill. We used the prepared onions for tacos with carne asada meat instead.

man... I also need to prep a quick snow travel. Flagstaff is ready! I have no chains for my 35s though, never used MTs on the snow either, heard they are not good on snow. New experience for me.

Dropped my '24 Limited off at the dealer this afternoon to have a wiring harness that runs the Rambox button replaced. It stopped opening a couple weeks ago and apparently a mouse crawled inside the rear quarterpanel and chewed through the wiring. I considered repairing the damaged wires myself, but Ram apparently thinks it's a good idea to use aluminum wiring in our trucks. It's also going to cost me about $400 because replacing the full harness is quite a bit of work and my MaxCare warranty won't cover anything other than a loaner/rental for the day because it's mouse damage. Oh well...not going to go the rest of the life of my truck opening the driver side Rambox with a key.

Also interesting...my loaner is a '23 plug-in hybrid Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. It drives pretty nice, is comfortable, and the hybrid system feels pretty seamless, but it's not something I think that I would choose to drive every day over my truck.

M/T’s are trash in snow. Wouldn’t take that chance 😂

The lights look good take some pics at night and show us the light throw/spread

How many miles were on the old set?

I cant remember stuff anymore, but I have had a lot of projects going on at one time.
Neither rear fender liner has any screw u-clips going down towards the rear mud-splash.
I'd think plastic clips would be chit in holding that much stuff. I tried to keep up with all the parts but trying is doing.
Any idea what I'm missing or should be looking for? Id like to get it back just as strong if not stronger than before. HeLp

Pretty sure these metal gator like clips, and accompanying screws, are what should be in there

Or, when in doubt, these magical things

Mid terrains work good in deep snow but not that great on hard packed snow or ice. Some are able to be studded though which would help
