Installed an Amazon HUD. I’m actually really happy with it. I have it set to just show speed. After moving it around a bit, I found a location I am happy with (lower left of my field of view). Ran the OBD cable between the windshield and dash so you really can’t see it. Only downside was it would reflect off the inside and outside of the windshield. I tried it for a day and then installed the screen that comes with it to keep the reflection on the inside of the windshield.

One of the reviewers on Amazon said he had his installed for 5 years. I hope my $30 HUD lasts that long.

That’s pretty cool you can install that. I turned mine off bc I just could never get used to looking at it. Not sure why, but figured I’d save the hud displays screen for someone in the future that will actually use it. Great install for ya tho!

What made it really easy was buying 2 plug and play harnesses from STARKEY PRODUCTS. You need 2, one for each headlight. They make a harness for LED or HALOGEN, I have LED I’ll point the link below. But I also made another post in a different thread for the links to everything. Here it’s.

much appreciated. I went to the link and it would not fit my 2025 based on the compatibility check. I will reach out to Tyger Auto though. I love the form factor...wheel to wheel... access to the bed contents from the side would be nice

I got lucky this morning and found a beautiful blacked out hood ornament thing. I also picked up a trailer hitch along with new catch can. I got all 3 for under $200 I'm happy

I had the tranny one done because the “push brake to start” icon was not leaving my dash… even when truck was running. Also couldn’t shift into N or D … only P and R.

Not sure what the other one did or should do. They just did it because I was there.

It's an OEM part. It does away with the chrome lettering.

Did a hack way to fix an exhaust leak due to a broken bolt on the flange before the muffler. I let it go so long that I forgot how quite my truck really is.

I had this issue s couple of years ago. Couldn't get the remainder of the bolt out of the muffler side of the flange so used a C clamp for a few months. Eventually I decided it was a great reason to replace the OEM muffler for something with better sound.
