Alright now that some of us that have received their 2023's, have any of you put on a tonneau cover on their 6'4" bed? I've been holding off on purchasing my tonneau cover in fear that it may not fit for some stupid reason. What have you added to you beds? I'd love to pre-purchase my cover before my truck comes in only due to the fact that I live in the north east and want to keep weather out of the brand new bed that will be...
isn;t it the same bed as yers prior? DT is a Dt afterall.

I went with Truxedo Sentry on my 6.4ft bed. Love it. still wish i had a topper but do like the looks of the tonneau cover.

Don't regular dash/leather treatments help?

I'd do change my dash/truck/address before I use a rug.....but to each his own.

“Suppose” to but who really knows. I still use them but Ive also gotten on the ceramic coating treatment train as well. I also live in Florida and had my previous dodges sit outside 24-7 and never had an issue with the dash, sticking to the ceramic windshield tint, sometimes windshield shade, leather treatment every so often but I guess to each its own.

I haven't seen a cracked dash since the 70's, maybe early 80's. I lived in the gawd forsaken desert in Arizona for 20+ years and didn't run a dash rug. Not a single crack.

Another thing to check. If you changed UCAs, and you torqued the control arm bolts down while the truck was still in the air the don't will sit higher, but eventually settle. But it's hard on the UCA bushings. Always lower vehicle and compress suspension before torquing down your suspension bolts.
Carli UCA doesn't need to be torqued on the ground. I made sure of that before i ordered lol
hate torqueing UCAs on the ground.

The 2nd generation Ram (1994-2002) does not have a good track record.

Went to CJC today to pick up the correct Carli springs.

thumbnail_IMG_2997.jpg

Then spent about 30 minutes swapping out the springs.

Side Profile:
thumbnail_IMG_3003.jpg
Front and rear ground to fender measures at about 39.5", which is around 1.5" of lift in the front and net leveled assuming front ground to fender measurement is at 38" (37" for non ORG, so +1" for ORG stock)
Now it looks like i went back to stock height LOL
Amazing how 1.5" of lift on Rebels is just barely noticeable.

Some close up shots:

Put about 60 highway miles on it after. Rides pretty nice as is without messing with the adjusters.

If anyone is looking for a set of ORG Bilstein suspensions with only about 1100 miles on them feel free to shoot me an offer!

I got my replacement rear tail light today. Brand new OEM for $599 from CARiD. It was a better price than the stealership. Surprised Fedex delivered it with our horrible weather we’re getting. Going to wait to put it on. My truck is caked with snow and road dirt.

I’m one of those that actually like dash covers.
Not fond of the carpet finish, and have had suede and velour in previous vehicles.
Got this cover from Dash Designs earlier this year. Material is called Dashtex and flows well with my two tone Bighorn interior, is finished really well and fitment is perfect.
Each to his own, but I think they look great if their fit and finish is tight and it flows with the rest of the interior.

Alright…on with the flaming, gents…lol!
