What bulbs did you use?

SIRIUSLED 194 LED Bulbs Extremely Super Bright 3030 Chipset for Car truck Interior Dome Map Door Courtesy Marker License Plate Lights Compact Wedge T10 168 2825 Xenon White Pack of 10 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0186P1MUW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_qlKLFb11EZJWQ?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

That’s the company that makes them. Those will work for map and floor, the dome light is a 578 bulb, the same company makes them.

Here is the Link on Amazon of the Curt Manufacturing harness that I used. Worked perfectly:

CURT 56584 Replacement Vehicle-Side Custom USCAR 5-Pin Trailer Wiring Harness

I also used a 5 way trailer side plug and used the Blue wire (Positive Reverse) and the White Wire (Ground) to hook to my light and then plugged in. The other 3 wires, I cut to about 4" long, taped of the flush cut and wrapped them together with electrical tape. I dropped the spare tire and it all tucked up nice and is held in place with Zip Ties. There are some detailed posts on this topic if you need more.

Here are a couple links to help search if needed for wiring and securing wires:

One word of caution on "Not Hitting The Tailgate". Even though mine did not hit, others have stated that the VLED version hits on some and not on others. If for any reason it is close, you can always lower your plate mounting holes a mounting bolt width and trim the bottom of your plate as others have mentioned.

In the end it will look the same and it works great!

I went with the Xenon Depot XTR LP Reverse Light because it appeared thinner that the VLED version, especially in the center of the bar. I am very happy.

Here are a couple pictures of the plate with the light and then one with the tailgate down so you can see the gap under the tailgate to the light. Hope this helps.

That is VERY helpful!
Thank you so much!

I had some Toyo's installed this weekend.
I got the A/T II AW.
I'll post a pic or two tomorrow.

Well, I finally got my correct springs installed since the factory messed up as well as the Eibach height adjustable shocks. I really like them. The handling feels much more controlled and bumps feel better. Ride is a little stiffer but I prefer it. Top photo is today after the install. Then there's a picture of my truck next to what I think is a stock rebel.

Did yours not come with the hardware? Cause mine didn't and I haven't had time to argue that with the dealership
It did not, and $100 for what is essentially 4 bolts and some plastic is kind of nuts, I didn’t feel like having a fight with the dealership. Was simple enough to order, install and be done.

That's the only option. FCA is not allowing dealers to order it for 5th gens because it's a safety violation with the third brake light or some BS.

I threw on a grill guard a while back. Westin HDX Heavy Duty. It’s not for everybody but I like it
