After searching for d-rings for longer than I’d like to admit I ended up placing an order today for some undrilled l-track and tie downs. Plan is to fire up the bandsaw and cut the track into 4” sections and place vertically mounting through same holes used for the utility rails. This will provide 3 tie downs inside the bed at various points. I’m not going to utilize the points closest to the bed as the canister for my roll top is going to cover them. I’ll be sure to add some pictures of the finished product.

Now you got me thinking. I found the site where I think you got those images from. I could get a 46" bar and some bolt down points for about $50, and then I could mount it to the bed for my bikes. I'd have to drill into the bed, but that's not a new process.

They work pretty well. I bought a couple of these, along with fist clamps to fashion a holder for my water port in the bed. Sprayed them with liner to match the bed and they’ve held up so far.

This project took a full 24 hours to complete. I started the installation yesterday and lost my sh!t. Someone how got dog hair on the film and couldn’t get it to lay flat.

Anyways today was a new day and after reciting the rosary I dove into this one. I wasn’t going to let a piece of clear film beat me.

Lamin-X invisible bug guard installed and ready to protect!

Added a little 12in LightBar and some Ditch Lights, still need to align them properly. Added them all to the Trigger 4 Plus Wireless Accessory Controller.

Baby/dog proofed by rear seats with Fia protector seat covers. After trying to latch my car seat in one cover is now at my sister’s house getting some slight alterations because I’m no seamstress.
