I was hoping to do mine today(except going to do caliper brackets in black) but was to cold for painting outside. Where did you find ram decals, I could only find Mopar.

I had them done at a local shop around here because I don't have access to a garage anymore 😢 They have a vinyl printer so the RAM decal was in the system and he printed it sized to fit.

Do the 1500 hood inserts pop out easily?

There’s a cheap tool kit you can get on eBay that will help. $20 and just be gentle and you’ll have no issues, it’ll pop out with all clips intact

Thanks! I want to paint them matte black or try my hand at vinyl wrapping them.

MOPAR has matte black ones. Might be worth the money to save the hassle. That’s what I did. If I remember correctly is was around 100 bucks for both the left and right side

This is the kit in bought to help me debadge and remove the hood emblems.

3 inch leveling front and rear. So-cal mod. 1.5 inch spacers to fit factory rims with 38x13.5 tires.

Finally got my rough country 2" leveling strut, and 1" spacer in the rear. I love it.

Going to hit the trails later ( Wharton state park in NJ) so that is a good test for me. So far after putting about 30 miles on it, feels just like stock...just higher. I know when I upgraded my 2012 ram 1500 to 5100 bilsteins back in 2014, I felt and immediate difference in how stiff it was around corners and bumps. Rough country definitely kept the stock feel to it. Really happy...now to start shopping for any tire deals.

Installed Cooper Discoverer AT3 XTL tires on the stock wheels. I definitely needed some E-rated tires for towing my travel trailer, so why not go little more aggressive and bigger (34" with 295/60R20 tires)? 😁 Ro rubbing with the added adjustable Airlinks to level out the truck. I am incredibly happy with how it looks and feels while driving.

Sorry to hear. A decent repair will always look much better after it's done. Not "invisible".... but always better, and usually a "dramatic" difference.
This is what I was talking about in the previous post. Didn't want to name names.... because every shop and every tech is different. I have personally seen Safelite do terrible repairs in my area. But I'm sure some do a decent job. It's not just Safelite. IMO, few glass installers do good repair work. Even some dedicated repair techs aren't too good, but it's a much better option than someone who mostly does replacements.
Had three repairs that Safelight did on other vehicles that were acceptable. Not invisible, but passable to the point I had to point out for anyone to notice. This one legit looks worse than it did before they repaired it and is . If I wasn't leaving for a week to visit the inlaws I would have scheduled a new windshield.
