I have a new 2019 Bighorn with 2k miles and was wondering if anyone has experienced a wet drivers floorboard? My truck is currently at the dealership trying to figure out why this is happening.

Yep, I think that is a know issue. Several folks on here have reported it. I believe that there may be a problem with a drain tube for the sunroof, but I can't find the correct thread right now.

Your build date would help but a small number have had front end leaks where the robots didn't put enough sealant between the front cab body panels. can be fixed by dealer.

The popped out sunroof drains would cause leaking in the rear of the cab.

I have seen that, but the only problem I have is that I do not have a sunroof on my model.

I have the same problem. Dealer said they couldn’t replicate it even though I can go to a car wash and end up with a wet drivers side floorboard any day.

WAYMENT! You are telling me you can replicate the wet floor board everytime? If that's the case then why aren't you taking the dealer to the car wash with you

As soon as I can fit it into my schedule I will be returning to the dealer.

Hi mule0325,

I picked up my truck last week and the drain for the sunroof was not installed correct.y. Dealers body shop is telling me they are going to have to take the bed off and slide it back to fix this. I am worried about the integrity of the spray in bed liner when they do this. I know this drain plug has been an issue for many of us. Does anyone know of a better way to fix this rather than pulling the bed??IMG_20181017_165736.jpg

NO! You can reach it yourself from underneath! Just work the larger end back in and your done. Takes longer to get under and back up than the fix.

Do you need an additional layer of assistance on this? We can't advise on an alternative fix but I can get this escalated to a Case Specialist who'll work with you and the dealer toward a solution.

Thanks Jasmine,
I'll be putting the grommet back in this weekend when I get a breath. If it doesn't go in with my efforts I may ask for your assistance to contact the dealer and make sure they are aware that the bed of the truck doesn't have to be removed to get this done. I'm no bodybuilder but I have never been pointed out to have small arms but I hope I can reach up in there myself. Thanks for all you do for us here!!

My drain lines are sticking out like that picture too, and I work up with damp floor in rear crew cab area. Anyone have pictures of properly seated drain lines?
