I dropped my truck off at the dealership to get the following issues resolved:

1. uConnect locking up.
2. Rear seats will fall down hitting bumps when driving.
3. My 15.9 MPG highway ratings.
5. Air on MAC AC really didn't feel that cold.

The dealer came back with the following information:
1. uConnect has latest software, so we are in a waiting period.
2. Tightened rear seat springs.
3. They reached out to RAM to ask about the fuel mileage (found it interesting they responded with this)
4. Still waiting on AC response.

I know there was a ton of complaints here with the AC unit not blowing out cold air. I can confidently say it was only 60 degrees here and I had it on MAX AC for 30 minutes and never did it fully ice out the cabin. Was there ever a fix for this, or did all of us 2019 buyers end up with a system that blows air great, but will never be cold?

My A/C will randomly not cut on when I start the truck, and just blows hot air. After messing with the controls, I found that cycling through the vent button (lower, dash, upper, upper/lower) makes the A/C cut on. It's a weird issue and I plan on bringing it up the next time I'm at the dealership.
