I started to see heavy condensation in the truck at beginning of the raining season last OCT. Didn't pay too much attention because I thought it was just the season of the year. The issue progress as the condensation started to drop down like raining inside the truck last week, I realized something went wrong. After checking the floor under the rubber mat, I found water puddling at the front passenger side and also under the back seat. you guys can see how much water I have vac out. Don't know how long the water has been sitting underneath the rubber mat. The third brake light is full of water inside. I sent the truck to the dealer this morning for the leak specialist to check, dealer said they won't cover the repair for the leaky third brake light. sorry i could not upload the videos. I have 2021 rebel built date oct-2020.

What a hassle.
"could not upload the videos" You need to put them on you-tube, then post a link to them here.
I did not bother with the dealer, ordered one online and replaced it my self.

Not sure how the dealership can justify not covering this. The TSB clearly states that it is a warranty extension, and the build date for your truck clearly falls within the dates listed. Maybe @RamCares can help with this.

The dealer said the warranty is VIN specific, so if they cannot see the 10 year warranty in their system, they are not even acknowledge the TSB exist even though I put the TSB in front of the service manager. Same story as I called the ram customer service, they have just said they can't help me even though I gave the customer service the TSB number and my VIN.

just came back from the dealer, they charged me $400 for the third brake light repair. they told me they replaced the seal of the third brake light. I can see they put good amount of silicone on the seal. don't know if the seal will work but my digital rear mirror stopped working as the result of this. Will need to send the truck back to the dealer to open it again to see if they forgot to connect the wire of my digital mirror module on the third brake light. The TSB covers the 68298380AH light. Your VIN will not come up, you have a different light that has a camera.

Just received a call from FCA Canada. They say I need to claim the water leak on the third brake light within the three basic warranty period in order to receive the 10 year extended warranty on the TSB. I guess they are just trying to BS me. Don't know where should I escalate this to?

I should, but it has been raining and the truck is molding. I don't want to delay it anymore, I may have to clean the mold all over the truck. The truck is too big to fit into my garage.

Say what?
Don`t know what to tell you but that TSB does not apply to your third brake light with a camera.
The 68298380AH is a light without a camera, hence the low cost of it.

If they say because I am having a different third brake light so the repair is not covered, I would understand. but FCA said ;"you need to claim the leakage within three year warranty period in order to receive the ten year warranty extension". I thought I was hearing it wrong, so I repeated what was being said by the FCA employee on the phone. The other end of the phone confirmed it again.

That makes no sense.
I don`t know how this works in the Great white north but here I received two letters extending my warranty coverage on both the brake light and the back window ***`y.
I have never claimed a water-leak from the 3rd brake light, in warranty or out of warranty.

There is no need to use the warranty extension if you report your issue before the original 3/36 expires. Once you report that the clock on that issue stops as far as the warranty goes. They are definitely trying to get you to just go away.
