Washing the sport hood

I'm second guessing on upgrading my hood for the sport. Hope you guys find a easy fix !

Yeah...this is good to know. I'm really close to dropping the cash to replace my hood with the sport performance hood but the water thing may change my mind.

Nah, I'm getting it. I'll just use a leaf blower to dry it out when needed.

While it’s a PITA to get the water out of the vents, I don’t regret getting the sports package. Just something you have to get used to doing.

me too! where you ordering it from? does mopar have it for parts sale yet?

I use a blower or just a quick spin around the block before drying works well. The grrille and bumper also hold water too.

I picked mine up from the dealership and as far as drying the vents, I picked up a small leaf blower that all it’s used for is to dry off my vehicles. Here’s some photos of part of my Sport hood parts.28EB2100-1F55-4DA4-A647-800EBAF260D7.jpeg70EF372E-4D65-4CD0-81B3-1AAA67098B97.jpegFDA5BBEE-9BFF-464C-937F-337BB1D1A62E.jpeg9A213ED9-CDCA-437D-82C0-9570A45B0171.jpeg54BBF804-64DB-4B34-A3D6-B400BF951EF8.jpeg18B039D3-B1F2-4774-B1AD-CF8D30A1899B.jpeg93436CF0-77A3-4D00-83ED-69B2919E97B5.jpeg
