Vibration issue in 2019 Big Horn

Have a 2109 1500 Big Horn. When I take my foot off the gas and the truck decelerates thru certain speeds a vibration starts at the front of the cab and flows through to the back of the cab. I can also hear the truck vibrate. The symptoms are worsened when I have more than two people in the truck and the vibration is more extreme in the back seat then the front.
The symptoms happen sporadically. Some days it’s every time I decelerate and some days it doesn’t happen at all.
Have less than 4000 miles on truck. Symtoms started somewhere around 500 miles. Truck is now in shop for fourth time now and they cannot recreate or diagnose problem.
Any ideas out there?

If either of you have 4 wheel drive, have you engaged it, then disengaged it to see if it may be partially engaged somehow. Transfer cases can act weird if everything is not exactly where it needs to be for the selected mode.

This started today on my '19 Rebel. I haven't used 4WD in a very long time but I will try to engage/disengage it. It almost sounds like my Charger when it goes into 4-cyl mode.

Try replicating it, and when it happens roll down some windows. If it stops when the windows roll down it is a ANC issue. Especially if people are in the back seat it seems to mess up. The ANC sends bass waves through the speakers to offset in cab sounds. It can shake the whole cab.

Have you driven it with a tech in the Ram ? What brand of tires are on your Big Horn? Mine had Nexen and I replaced them with Michelin Defenders LTX MS and now after a second balance job on those tires my Ram is almost completely vibration free. My Nexen tires were all bad in my opinion but my dealer paid 400 dollars to help, but still out 600 dollars but worth it as I was afraid to drive it with those tires and it was literally
bouncing down the road at 70 MPH and now I ran it up to 80 MPH and smooth as can be. But your problem does not sound like "tire related" from what you wrote.

Well, I wasn't able to replicate my instance of this last night or this am.... Everything is still working well, so I'm not going to worry about this unless it comes back and is consistent enough to actually troubleshoot. I don't know if what I had is the same as everyone here anyway. Like I said, in my case it sounded like my Charger when it shifts into 4cyl mode or a downshift. Next time it happens, use your gear selector on the steering wheel to select a gear (any gear), if its MDS related, it will disappear immediately. Then you'll know whether or not it was MDS causing your vibration.

Have you figured out what's happening?? I've had my big Horn for two months ...I now have 3500 miles on it and the day it got to 500 miles it started doing that but mine also vibrates motor as I speed up slowly. Wondering if any one has figured it out .. this is my first ram and if dealer can't figure it out it will definitely be my last ..

Same thing here. Complained about it. Took it to the dealer. Nothing. Have been waiting on a call back from the dealer for a month and a half. This is our 4th and last dodge/ram. Dont have the time to keep going back and forth to the dealer. Its definitely an embarrassing and expensive disappointment. Service at massey yardley sucks!!

I have a 2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn. After about a month of owning it developed the vibration everyone has mentioned here. I have had it to 2 dealers 4 times and it is at the dealership now. They said there is a STAR bulletin for a modular from February 2019 about the noise but that doesn’t fix the vibration I feel in the cab and steering wheel. No one seems to know how to solve this. Does anyone here? Have we just purchased lemons?

This is my 5th Ram in a row, and I've always loved them. But, as others have stated, may be my last. My truck has vibrated since the day I pulled off of the lot. I have brought it back to the Dealer twice. I was told that Chrysler has been aware of the problem for a while now but "cant figure it out". I was told it is Bighorn 1500's only, with stock radio system. The vibration/humming occurs at around 1500 RPMs and with weight and/or people in the back seat. It does, as someone stated, stop when I roll down the windows.
I asked the Dealer why they would sell their trucks, knowing there is this issue, without letting buyer know. The answer was, in a round about way, that they wouldn't sell if they told the buyer ahead of time. This is the reason, I mentioned above, that it may be my last Ram. I felt "scammed" when I learned they knew of issue before sale!! I was assured that there will be a recall soon, when they figure it out. But they also advised me "Chrysler Techs have been working on issue" for almost a year now. HOW DO THEY NOT KNOW WHAT IT IS YET??????
Aside from the vibration, it is a fantastic vehicle. But the vibration occurs so regularly, its both annoying and embarrassing when I have a passenger.
At the risk of sounding rude, I keep seeing Ram personnel asking people to send a private message to them. It sounds like everyone is having the same issue. Can someone...anyone....at Ram please tell us what is going on??? Please??? A vehicle that I make mortgage payments on should not do this.

I very had the same issue since day one. Couple times I thought the damn passenger back door would vibrate off. Try removing anything in the floor storage in the rear floor. Sounds dumb,but I removed 2 hitches and haven't heard it in about a week. Maybe it's a coincidence, but we'll see

Well, the vibration is back. Didn't hear it for a week after I took about 40 lbs of hitches out of the floor storage box. Today I put 75 lbs of charcoal and a 20 lb horseshoe game on the floor in the back. After it happened 4 or 5 times I started writing down when I was driving up my block. This was all in about 1 mile....

At times it vibrates so loud it sounds like the back door rattling off. Always seems to be passenger side.
Is the suspension different in the bighorns without air than other models? Just wondering as this seems to only be a bighorn issue.

Just got back from dropping off the stuff I had in the backseat at the rv. Guess what? No vibration. It was very frequent with weight in the back. No weight,No vibration. I'm starting to think its suspension related. Has anyone had any luck upgrading springs to solve this? Does anyone with bags in a bighorn have the vibration issue?(mine doesn't have bags)

This is likely your issue. Take this TSB into your dealer and have them perform the fix.
