Hello all,

2023 Ram 2500 Cummins 28,000 miles (certified pre owned).

Seeking feedback on a vibration/shudder issue I’m having. Long story short, had a pulling to the right issue (and a slight lean to the right), and after many attempts eventually had the front lower control arms replaced which seemed to correct it. The lean is still there though by 1/2” or so. In the midst of troubleshooting, an alignment shop put maximum cross caster (lean to the left) to make it drive straight (which was corrected after the control arms). I put new tires on and also did road force balance and the vibration/shudder is still there. As a side note it still does it even coasting in neutral. To me it feels like a transmission issue, but dealerships say everything is fine.

One thing also is the front drive shaft looks to me like it has a slight runout/wobble when spinning by hand (but this does not spin in 2WD). Is there any chance it buckled up against the drive shaft due to the bad caster angle? I can’t recall when the vibration started but it seemed to be around the time I started trying to troubleshoot the alignment. One dealer also attempted to adjust the rear control arms due to the thrust able being -0.3 but no luck. Does this sound like a transmission issue, or alignment/suspension?

Thank you all for the support.
