Vent Visors (Window Visors)

Thank you. Unfortunately, they do not ship to Alaska. Quite common with Ebay sellers.

I installed some of the US Visor ones from eBay on mine just today. They were easy enough to install. Seem to be good quality.

I screwed up and ordered a set of EGR visors for a quad cab. Had to order a second set for my crew cab. If anyone would like the set I have for a quad cab, let me know. I bought them Summit Racing for $100, shipped. Make an offer....

Does anybody have a issue with the power folding mirrors hitting the vent visors?
Only concerned because of how close the mirrors come to the Windows.

Yep. Whenever I fold mine in they do hit the vent visors, but just slightly. Only time it is ever a problem is if my window is rolled down, getting food at Sonic for instance. Sometimes I will have to press the window visor back out but it really is not an issue.

Gotcha. Thanks, considering buying them just wondering how bad they hit?
It's really not bad. If the window is up it slightly bends them in but barely and they pip right back out. If window is down it may push it in just a tad and I have to push it back to roll the window up. I have the EGR in channel visors. Others may not have the same problem, depending on how wide they are at the mirror.

I know this post is a few months old, but thought it might be worth mentioning that the new Mopar branded Vent Visors are cut away so that the mirrors do not hit. I just bought a set at my local dealership today and replaced the US Visors I had previously installed. Probably could have modified the ones I had, or just left well-enough alone, but I figured what the heck...and bought the Mopar ones.

Mind sharing what they ran ya?

I have the Auto Ventshade # 94806 stick on. Ive seen too many vehicles have issues with the in channel ones. Yes they look nicer, but cause issues with window movement. Or can fall down. I know every model is different and some are better than others, I just wasn't willing to take that chance.

I bought some AVS in-channel window visors off of the “Real Truck” website. $63 I prefer them over the tape on ones. I think they look more stream line and easier to install. Don’t need to worry about alignment. They fit perfectly up in the window channel

Im waiting for weather tech to release theirs.. anyone try weather tech vent visors on a diff vehicle? Thanks
I've had WeatherTech brand on my 2014 and 2018 Rams and I loved them. I won't use anything else. I'll just wait for WeatherTech to catch up, I guess.

Thanks for the reply man (or wo-man), I was specifically asking about the mopar ones though, but I appreciate it nonetheless (y)

While I got you here, did you (or do you) have any issues with the power folding regular mirrors hitting the vent visors when folded?

The US Visor ones - at least the front ones - would never fall down. They are wedged in place, and couldn't fall. No tape or anything on them. Same with the Mopar ones. Matter of fact, they looked almost identical, with the exception of the RAM logo and the cut out for the mirrors.

The rear ones are a different story. The US Visors are strictly taped in, but they do have a "barb" (for lack of a better word) that would prevent much slippage in the event that the tape came loose. The Mopar ones have tape and also have a little metal bracket and a plastic pop rivet that hold them in place. A little finicky to install, but seem pretty solid and look nice.

Does anyone know if the mopar bug shield for the hood and windows if they have any logos on them?? Thanks
